I'd also like to re-assure everyone we sell real traffic. We do not sell bots. We don't understand why some people here wish to post false claims to hurt our business and employees. Let the track record speak for itself, we've been selling on BHW for over a year now and greatly appreciate everyone's support. For those unsure, look through this thread, we have clients who report clicks and sales, and clients who don't. Some people get unhappy, get vocal. Some don't even buy from us and get vocal. It's an unfortunate, but as I said, let our record of selling here for over a year speak for itself.
Well, you have told me you are not an expert on the technical side, and you are simply a sales manager, so I am interested in how you can assure us what the real source of the traffic is. You told me there is a technical team which manages the sending of the traffic and you just handle sales. Couldn't it be true then, that the technical team is NOT simply re-directing expired domains to our domains?
Since you say you do not understand why some people are posting "false claims" here, I will explain it to you. For months all of us were under the impression you were selling "targeted traffic" which showed a link with our websites title, which users clicked on, and then got taken to our site. You then explained that is not the case, and then said we have been purchasing expired domain traffic.
But you need to understand, many of us own hundreds of expired domains and also purchase expired domain traffic from many other providers. Some of your customers have probably purchased millions of expired domain visitors, and are experts in how expired domain traffic behaves, and this traffic which we are purchasing from you does not behave like that. The most confusing thing is caused by the time on site and lack of clicks. It is confusing because so many visitors are supposedly clicking to visit a domain, being taken to ours, then sitting there for 20-30 seconds before exiting the page and taking no other action.
For 10,000 visitors to end up on a completely unrelated page than what they expected, wait 20-30 seconds, and have not one of them visit a secondary page or click anywhere on the page, is extremely unnatural.
The "review" which you linked to from a happy customer, is most likely doing an illegal activity which we are not allowed to discuss on BHW, or possibly just re-selling the traffic to other people.
If you look at the title of your thread, it was formerly called "TARGETED TRAFFIC |Up to 400K A DAY|Adsense Safe", but now, you are staying away from describing it as adsense safe/targeted. So since apparently the type of traffic has completely changed, using your long time of being on this site selling is not really valid. I have read through every page of this thread, as well as dozens of pages on other websites where you are selling this traffic, and there are many complaints, all stating the same thing, the traffic isn't doing anything.
There is uses to this traffic, yes, we aren't disputing that, but earlier in this thread you were talking about an average conversion rate, which judging by all of the reviews, simply isn't true.
On average our clients report a conversion between 0.5% and 1%.
Where are these average clients reporting a conversion rate between 0.5% and 1%? The only way you can convert this traffic at that type of a ratio is by using illegal and immoral methods. I would assume the majority of your clients aren't doing illegal methods, so again, how do you figure that the average client is reporting a conversion betweeen 0.5% and 1%? Can you explain how you calculated that? Because the real average I have seen from non-illegal methods is 0%.
So, if your company still doesn't understand after hundreds of unhappy customers have told you what the problem is and why customers are posting negative things about your service, I am afraid there isn't much more we can do for you.
I have viewed hundreds of your clients landing pages, so I know how many of the people are using traffic. The people who are converting are sending the traffic directly to Amazon, which is against the Amazon TOS. That is where most of your positive reviews are coming from. Now, the sales on Amazon do tell me for a fact that at least SOME of the people being sent are real people. But this does NOT tell us anything else about the traffic.
As a person who has sold traffic on Fiverr before, I can tell you for a fact that 99% of the people who buy it have no idea how to measure the quality of the traffic. You can put the traffic in a 1 pixel iframe, and most people will be super excited to see the people viewing their page. But when you take people who are experienced in buying traffic, and compare yours and other providers, it is just extremely confusing.
The question we all have is:
Why is THIS "expired domain" traffic behaving NOTHING like the expired domain traffic I buy from other providers, or from my own portfolio of domains? How come I can get a 2-4% CTR from my parked domains, but when I do the same thing here, I get 0 clicks from 10,000 visitors?
Either your domains are extremely low quality, or there has to be something else going on.
Anyone who has ever made money with parked domains knows that the CTR is quite surprisingly high. This traffic should behave no different than general parked domains. But it does. And we have no explanation from you as to WHY, except to blame our landing page or saying we picked the wrong category.
Don't blame us for our reviews. We are simply trying to help others make informed buying decisions. Customers come in, and see "0.5% and 1% Conversion rate" in your thread, and we need to correct them and let them know that simply wont happen unless you want to break the law and break the TOS of whatever you are trying to convert with.
