Use content from deindexed sites, can I do that ?

Hi to all. I just found a lot of ex MNS in the the same niche, about 10 of them, they contain more that 50+ articles and their keywords are pretty good, low comp with med/high adwords competion. I used a internet archive site to do that. The thing is all of these sites are deindexed and the tools shows this articles as unique (copyscape, Advego plagiatus) My idea is to collect all the articles and build one big "authority" site, can I do that ? That's free content after all, and this is Black hat forum How will google see that content ?

Your not the first one to come up with this imo.. About 1 month ago I too was planning the same thing. Found great sites with wayback machine, loads of content on them but turns out they used it for article directories and web2.0
But like you said.. if it's unique in copyscape I think you are good to go

Thanks, the domains just expired, the sites were not deindexed because of some penalty, so far I checked 5 articles and all of them were 100% unique, of course I will check every article some of them may be used on some web 2.0 and article directories like you said.

That's what I am thinking, the costs will be just buying a domain, I will do the other work.
One of the 10 sites content was copied to a blogstop blog, the others are still not used anywhere.

Yeah, I heard some internet marketers to do that. It seems to work fine, Google doesn't registers this as duplicate content.

Maybe use them as web2.0 tier 1 links? I'm sure your fine using them on a website if they are deindexed anyhow. This is a good idea do you mind letting us know what archive site you used? If not ill look around and find for myself no worries .

doing that is a big part of my method, and has been for a while now. definately check it all in copyscape. I've got some sites built with that method that have been indexed for over a year now that are ranking well.

The only thing I ever changed were personal and business names.

But the truth is, it is a role of the dice on your part.

Meaning, just because the site the content was on - is de-indexed, the legal copyright holder of said content DOES NOT give up any of their legal rights. The dice roll comes in "IF" they decide to exercise their legal rights.

If that happens, you will CRAP out.

But what are the chances of that happening? Pretty nil if you are judging by how many such lawsuits like this that have been filed.

All I would say is, "Proceed with caution..."

Thanks for the warning, but I think thing like that is highly unlikeable, some of the articles of the sites are already used somewhere and there is no problem.

So after 2-3 hours of copying and checking for uniqueness I have 31 articles with word count 400-600 so in total maybe about 13-15k words. The problem is the top 2 sites that earned the most, one of them the web archive site says that it can't access it because of robots.txt and the other is entirely copied on blogspot.

I know these mns for a long time and the content is pretty good, there are lsi keywords in all of the articles. I am going to buy a domain and drip feed the articles. Lets see what is going to happen.

I think you can use those contents again,, it will not show any copy content

The site is up and running now. I decided to start with 12 articles because of 12.12.12 but anyway I think it's good amount of content to start a site. The problem is I couldn't find a aged domain and I bought a new one, brandable. I am tired now and I am going to bed, tomorrow I will see if all things like on page seo etc. are good everywhere and I will let google index the site. For about a month I am going to drip feed the other 30 articles at random rate.

Total investment 10$ for domain + 5$ for logo and few hours of work of course, but I don't count it because I am doing it.

Yes, they do pass copyscape. I am wondering the same things, but the blogs are not just deindexed they are completely gone, if they were still alive just deindexed I wouldn't risk it. Also one of the ex mns I found is entirely copied on a blogspot blog and it's ok and it has been in the the google index for 10 months now and it even has adsense on it.

But for 15 bucks I think it's worth the risk.

Google still crawls deindexed sites. Whether or not they pay attention to whether or not the content is unique is a different story.

Even if I succeed with this, I think it's a one time thing, I had a great luck with finding 10 mns in the same niche that are all deindexed and their domains are expired and I don't think I can do this again.
