Who cares if EWA backs CPA Tank. I've been paid on time everytime with CPA Tank and have been getting higher payouts with Tank as well. CPA Tank could be backed by COPEAC for all I care, as long as I'm being paid its fine.

You can't tell if a network is bad because it takes the offers from another network by Ryan Eagle (and I am pretty sure that's not the case). I never had any issue with Ryan's networks or CPA Tank.
CPA Tank is just fixing their site. They had plenty of offers that had expired/non-working links, and now Vito just asks his affiliates to stop sending traffic for a bit, to fix all these issues.
In my opinion that's a pretty responsible thing to do. Vito wants the best for his affiliates and his network, that's why he decided to do it this way.

From what I understood from the CPA Tank emails is that they shut down to fix all of the offers and clean it up but I also heard from the grapevine is that they are also cleaning affiliates and scammers and working with people that are doing big volume and a few he is willing to scale with to become a huge publisher. I can say one thing Vito has kept his word and paid me EVERYTIME and on time as well no matter how much I was owed. But Ryan Eagle....me personally I havent worked with him but all I see is shit threads about him, EWA and Blamads. Just my 2 cents here.

I know most people assume when a network shuts down it is money issues, and that is a valid assumption. But I am really good with managing money, Tank doesn't have any money issues. Our biggest issue is small affilaites sending bad quality traffic or fraud, and then demanding little $100 and $200 payouts because they never hit the thresh holds, then they waste a ton of accounting departments time, then accounting starts to fall behind on it's customer service to our good affiliates because it spends all day dealing with these annoying affiliates.
So the pause was for 2 reasons;
reason A) clean up the dead links/offers which anybody who was using ******* for a long time knows was a big problem. Probably 50% of offers weren't labeled properly, it was my fault I fell really behind on it and by the time I hired people to clean it up it was already too big of a mess.
reason B) a lot of affiliates are getting cut. basically anybody who I don't personally know who has caused me any kind of quality issue is not going to get invited back. Anybody who has started payment drama over a tiny balance, we don't have time for that either. And of course frauders/scammers/suspicious affiliates, we just don't need the hassle. Tank does big numbers but it is a pretty small company as far as how many people are managing so believe me if you want to, or don't, either way, this is what is going down as we speak, and we should be back to working with many affiliates by next week.

You can sit, guess and gossip all you want but only the people behind those things know whats going on.
I've heard a lot of good things about CPA Tank and I've work with EWA (as a publisher).
All I know is that they are restructuring and please stop busting Vito's nuts.
At the end rumor is just that rumor.
On the side note I do have a big problem with networks not updating their offer links and/or notifying me on updates, last thing I and most of us want is to waste traffic.
