He's full of shit. EWA is getting sued by a company that has a patent for the affiliate network concept and occasionally they sue affiliate companies for all they're worth, because they can. Ever wonder why there will be a company on top of the industry doing extremely well then they are suddenly shut down? That's why.

Any chance I can get a link or more info on this patent? I did a brief search but did not find anything useful. Looking to learn about it for my own benefit not as part of this ******* fiasco.
