First you learn that you should never share your domain names with others, especially on forums and such.
Second you pray a lot. Won't help making money but you need lots of divine help considering you've started with such a bad question like "How do I make this site an full time money earning machine?".
That is the question every single noob unwilling to work asks. Obviously there's no easy answer to it or we would have lots of rich noobs, God save our souls from that. That would be horrible.
Now you may say I'm an asshole and not helpful. You're right! But then again your question is stupid. You're on a forum with 842,000 indexed pages. You could have read a bit around here. You could have asked a specific question. You could have went and figured out ways in which you can make money and see which one you like. Instead you say something like this:
"I bought myself a hammer. How do I build a skyscraper now?"

So you think offline business isnt hard? Every business has some learning curve. Online business beats offline business anyday in interms of scalability and investments
And its the basic rule of online marketing. Never tell which sites or domains you own to anyone. Its because your site can get spammed by anyone(which is rare here atleast) or maybe hack or they can find your other sites and many other privacy reasons.
Just search and read the forum. Take some time reading. Its not difficult. Its just that you are new and you need to learn and polish yourself without which you will feel everything difficult online..

You're a slow learner, so this is how to monetize the site without any hard work.
Find someone really good at making niche sites out of nothing, and pay them. You are too stupid, lazy or scared of work to waste any more time on.

You shouldn't share any of your domain names, why because all the members in forum were in-depth knowledge in every Online business. So they will easily identify your "blahblah site" worth or not.
If you got a good fool who willing to buy your "blahblah site" for $$$$ in flippa or anywhere else, Even he is a fool, he will Google it your domain name for sure. Now may also Google it your domain name and get to know the answer in practical. This thread at Top 10 in Search results, your good fool now become good genius by reading comments about your domain. Is this make sense ?
