Well, I appreciate you posting this publicly, because if anyone read the whole thread like I did, it was very confusing.
So, this traffic is Expired Domain traffic, automatically redirected to your website. It still can be useful for some things, so I am not saying their traffic is useless, but lets be clear, they are saying it is expired domain redirects and nothing more.
As far as targeting, there is no way of being able to check how targeted it is or if anything else weird is going on, without seeing which domains are being used to redirect to your site, and I am sure they don't want to release a list of their expired domains they are using.
You will most likely get 90%+ bounce rate with this traffic, and I am not even sure if the traffic can really help your Alexa rank, because the traffic appears in an iframe of their stats tracker site, so I don't see how Alexa would track that, but I am not an Alexa expert. I can say though, this type of traffic can not help your page rank, your website rankings, and it is dishonest to use this traffic to puff up your stats to try to sell a website and most people will see right through it.
So, if you need some bulk expired domain traffic, that MAY be targeted, this should work fine for you.
I always see different IPs, and the traffic appears to be legitimate redirected expired domain, except that you should NEVER expect clicks or sales with this traffic, because MOST of the people posting in this thread have said the traffic does nothing and just bounces off the page.
