We should be done running our refresh in about 6-12 hours. After that things should be back to normal.
@wannabie: Yeah they have been changing some things, and we've implemented a fix for it. We are now running the refresh to get all the ranks with the update and verify that was the issue.

Just an update to the situation with the keywords not showing data yesterday, and as people for these types of services only usually write if they have a question or a problem, I thought I would post to state everything appears like it is back to normal 
All keyword tracking services like this experience these problems, however I can wholeheartedly say, to date, the SerpBuddy team have been very good at fixing them up.

Hi Danny - Thank you for the patience so far. I checked your account and it started picking up for some keywords, just needs to pick up the rest of them, and after that it's hourly checks.
BTB, Any chance of the keyword count going up? 50 domains and 50 keywords is too low

Thanks for the kind words Dn100, we are doing everything we can to stay on top of any issue that arises.
When I saw DN100 post I checked my account - I have 10 out of 100 Keywords working - so hopefully it will catch up soon for the rest.
Clients are always all over this stuff - so accuracy is very important.

The first time it picks up is the one that takes the longest. After that our algorithms kick in for proper tracking. I am confident that after all your keywords pick up like those 10%, they'll just keep going like that.
I understand how important accuracy is, that is why I'll keep checking to make sure everything runs smoothly.

I just had a month off and rebought a subscription and only get Bing results. Glad you guys are working at fixing it as that was why I left the first time round due to not using it so much and the Google update cocked things up for you.
However, it would be cool for those not on BHW or that don't get on here often (me) to have email updates of what is happening as communication is key. I don't mind paying as long as it's gonna get fixed

Huh, that's strange. I was monitoring the system for 24 hours after the update. Can you PM me which group you're having issues with so I can have a look?
I just logged back in - and seems some have updated :
earlier my CPA had 0 rankings now they are back for all 5
Real Estate had 8 of 37 -- now they seem to be refreshing again because now 19 are showing ranks again
I didn't go through everything for the other as it holds the most --- but there still remains some issues there obviously.

Same as yesterday in the morning - Half of the keywords have dropped off after being at 30/37 when we last spoke
there seems to be some problem in the mornings where the rankings aren't working properly
if I have time I'll try to check at 1pm or 2 pm and see if they rank up again like what happened yesterday.

I found the issue, Danny, and the patch is live. Now I am just waiting for all the keywords to get rechecked and the numbers will go up. Please report back in the next 24 hours.
