What do you call it when your online sales plummet because your great organic listings in Google have been pushed beneath the fold by paid ads and Google property listings? Google shoplifting. Maybe not the term I would give it, but the story is spot on.
Last year I spent over $2k online to buy holiday gifts for friends and family. I refuse to spend money with the same bastards that are trying to monetize our online existence by squeezing every last dime out of our pockets. None of my online shopping this year will originate at Google nor will it be spent on one of their corrupt "partner" websites.
Fuck Google and their little internet association lobbying group. The bastards should change their lobby slogan from "the voice of the internet economy" to "the wallet of the internet economy" because they are taking as much as they can with absolutely no resistance from us at all.
