Nope you don't need a domain, it was a suggestion after you cash in some money, to improve the method even more.
Click on the gearwheel (appears after you verified your email address) click on the left tab with the name of your blog or named "untitled" and click on the button under the headline "theme" on customize.

Following is 200 a day and liking go with 400 a day - you can increase this numbers if your blog gains more followers, but on a new account I wouldn't go that nuts. Try not to spam the following that hard.

This depends on your template and where you want to place the ads - add the code after the <head> or <body> tag, try different places until you find a good placement - in the preview you well see where the ads will be displayed

Put your plugrush adcode juste before {/block
hoto} on your theme. And make your adcode with 3 colonnes and 1 rang.So when people will come to your blog they will see your picture and just below 3 thumbnails. They might clicks on your thumbnail thinking it is content from your blog.

I hate when people say that. I can see why you can and I see the idea behind it but you need to take into account how much time and effort it takes to get there. What if after setting up this method for one account you only make 2 cents a day , would it be worth the time to set up new accounts and do it all over again ? Basically what I'm saying is time is money and I believe its a valid question.
