I own several websites most of which have been promoting Amazon products exclusively so far. I wish to start Adsense sites separately but do not have an Adsense account. I did apply for an account some time back but was not approved perhaps due to the fact that I am located in India, a country where Google gives limited approval on a select basis. I have seen Adsense JVs taking place at BHW and thought of doing one myself instead of applying again and waiting for an indefinite period.
The sites are not going to be one-post/page MFA sites but more serious sites, some niche and some authority, with unique content posted on them. They will meet all of Adsense terms and will be totally white hat including all traffic methods.
Here are the terms that I am proposing - PM me or respond in this thread but only if you agree with these terms which in my opinion are quite decent for a JV
1. The domain, hosting and entire website will be mine, only the Adsense account will be yours, just so it's clear at the outset. You will not have access to my cpanel and I do not need access to your Adsense account.
2. Adsense earnings will be split - 50:50. Since I will do all the work that is needed on the site this in my opinion is a good split - the reason will be clear as you read on...
3. I will need screenshots of Adsense earnings by week and month. The records are important for splitting the earnings as well as for exhibiting them in case I need to flip any of the sites at any time.
4. My share of the earnings needs to be sent every week by Paypal (which is why I am ready for a generous 50:50 split). I don't expect earnings to be in thousands so you should be able to afford sending out a few hundreds in case the earnings are that much. Preferably on a fixed day of your choice.
If you are one who does not usually have a PayPal balance to payout a few hundreds every week this JV may not be for you.
5. In case I decide to flip any of the sites you will need to give me what it takes to provide further proof of earnings like a video showing you logging in to your adsense account or teamviewer proof etc.
6. I would prefer tenured BHW members for this JV with a good post count.
Last but not the least it is important for you to understand that although there will be no BH methods used on my websites, if Google randomly decides to take action on your account for some reason I will not be responsible in any way. During the course of the JV you are free to check the websites through the website url and convey any concerns that you might have if you notice something that may not be clear to you.
Also please don't use Adsense accounts that are being used with BH methods on other sites. Spare accounts that are lying idle is what would be ideal in this case..
