you said your sites are compliant with adsense then why you are not getting approved in to their program? Here many people are getting adsense account approved now a days why dont you get one and promote?

A new project with adsense with a 75:25 split -> almost completely passive income for you except for 2 minutes of work each week.
This has to do with articles on Adsense rev-share sites. I will do the KW research, write the articles, optimize them, drive traffic and all this is going to be again, as in my last project, whitehat only. The rev-share sites will take a part of the earnings and I can only do a 25% share going to you and will take 75% for all the hard work. I may not need such elaborate reports like the last project though - weekly snapshot to show the earnings will be fine though we can be in touch frequently through Skype of PM in the beginning to see how it's catching on in terms of earnings.
I also want a weekly payout since the payout in the beginning is not going to be high so you can easily check your adsense account and pay me weekly - please confirm the same in your response. Also, these are articles on established article sites there is very little risk of Google not paying you at payout time - if there is something amiss with the articles or traffic I will get thrown out by the site owners first! These sites are very strict and only accept high quality articles. They also monitor the traffic carefully because their own account with Google is at stake.
Remember that this is long term income since the articles will always be on those sites till they are online(unless I take them off which is unlikely). As you may be aware of late mini-sites have been getting penalized heavily and people are slowly moving to the rev-share sites which are large and established and are more stable now due to strict controls (those who are not so strict like Triond are tanking down and may shut down soon. I am not going to touch such sites).
The article sites I will use are infobarrel, seekyt and hubpages.

Disclaimer - Last but not the least it is important for you to understand that although there will be no BH methods used, if Google randomly decides to take action on your account for some reason best known to Google I will not be responsible in any way. During the course of the JV you are free to check the articles and convey any concerns that you might have if you notice something that may not be clear to you.
Important - Also please don't use Adsense accounts that are being used with BH methods on other sites or instant accounts made through fraudulent means. Spare accounts, genuinely made as per Google TOS and not instant ones, that are lying idle is what would be ideal in this case.
For those in India - Since I am in India I cannot accept or send Paypal payments within the country. Some countries where PayPal does not operate - please excuse.

Please make sure you have read my post (post #35) carefully before you respond. I find it a waste of time answering PMs enquiring about how much the JV sharing ratio is. If the terms don't suit you no need to respond.
