Theme will be same for all the websites. Photos will be mostly different. We have a huge database of copyright and royalty free images. Images will be branded/watermarked by the website URL. So if a few overlaps different websites, will not be a problem. I am using commercial license of the theme.

All the contents are multimedia content(image contents) with proper title, keyword, ATL Tags and meta descriptions. So there is no worry about uniqueness.
