CPA links directly on Pinterest?

Well the title basically says it all, I want to post pictures of certain CPA or Amazon Affliate offers directly from pinterest to the link. I can't find anything regarding affiliate links in the Pinterest TOS so I guess if anyone from BHW has already done this, What did you experience? would I have to cloak my links? are there certain CPA networks that allow that sort of traffic?

Adding amazon product links directly will not work at all. Pinterest will remove your affiliate id from the link automatically which means you will not earn anything. I will suggest to cloak your affiliate links.

Simple link shortners will not work because Pinterest bots can see the actual link after looking through the shorten link.
