Fiverr Support - Abuse

today i made an order on fiverr (crorkservice) and one of the keywords was the name of another microjob website. Now i got banned for promoting a competitor...

i talked with the support and now i need to wait 45-90 days and they even don't want to know my side of the story. i don't know if the seller (crork) reported me, if yes, they are just stupid, or if fiverr have some kind of alert to some words that buyers\sellers may write. I've read their TOS and it only applies if someone tries to promote other websites.

bottom line is i bought the service and posted the keywords (3) and the url is not to the website! only to tier 2! so i didn't even posted the competitors link.

I've opened a ticket and now they don't do anything and i have to wait 45-90 days (even to get my revenues because i was also a seller)

IMO if the seller reported than he is a crappy seller that only does it because have their steady income, fiverr team abuse because their on top of the food chain.

fiverr is going to be a battlefield now-a-days. Some sellers have enough benefits.

crockservice is a very good seller, ive had no problems with him i think he has had the most sales on fiverr, i doubt its anything to do with him

contact fiverr asking for a refund due to seller mistake and send him proofs and they will refund you instantly just be serious
anyway you have the right to leave a negative feedback

i can't even access my account to get the prints...

i even can't understand if it was the seller or some kind of auto-screw-ban thing with the keywords.

it was most likely fiverr that screwed you, Crork is a busy man doing heavy volume, he's got better things to do that snitch on you for violating TOS. and I agree with webwhizz - crork is a good seller and I too have used him often, - never had a problem.

I think that you was reported! Also me when I post some content fiver display me a warning but not a ban! Only a report will ban you! and crorkservice services sucks! Ordered a gig and instead of get 50 web2 I get 10 web2 with 3-4 times the same content posted... so duplicated content on the same web2. LOL... crorkservice refund money for this he has always positive reviews.

for my big experience with fiverr i advice you to just forget about that order and that account they will never help you fiverr support is most suck support on the net even if you provided anything will never help you

now just start new account

true! he always post duplicate content for wharever gig he do not only web 2.0, he refused me to send my own content.

Same thing happened with me and even after 50days, the didn't really send the revenues to my paypal! They opened my account for a while and i withdrawed money but it never reached at my paypal!
fiverr has really a worst-est support...

at hotniche is there not a way you can contact the seller here and see if he can still provide you with the services that was promised?

Other then that either join Fiverr again or look for alternatives

no one reported you mate, fiverr has a trigger for certain words like contact, e mail, fiverr clone. etc...
how i know that? because i was a graphic artist there and once i had an order from a customer asking for a logo for a fiverr clone website and mentioning that in his description, and guess what happened? they cancelled the order by the admin and banned the client for good! i was so furious back then bcs i lost this order, LOL
