Is this available on mac? I have mac , no windows

So if you use let's say 50 accounts and 5 accounts per proxy, what are the rate limits for each account to comment, like, and follow?

From what I understood, and rockong, please correct me if I'm wrong, you cannot use 5 proxies per account, it's 1 proxy per account, and the rate limits are not affected at all. What proxies allow you to do is run the bot multi-threaded. So say you have account 1 with its proxy running a follow task with delays, etc. With proxies, you can also run account 2 with its proxies at the same time (multi-threaded) doing commenting, following, what ever. Without proxies, task 1 would have to finish before task 2 could start. At least that's how I understand it. Speed up processes dramatically if you're running lots of accounts. Is this right Rockong?

You can use a Mac software for a Windows crossover - we can try to test it out on a Mac to see if it'll work though :)

Rate limits are as follows for each account, per hour:

Follow/unfollow - 49 users
Commenting - 15 pictures
Picture Uploads: 8 pictures

Hey SEO_Alchemy,

I'm going to write it out by an example, because that would perhaps be the easiest. I do thank you for your questions, as these are answers I'm sure many people wonder themselves. I will absolutely have to put this into the guide after. Okay...here we go:

Let's say I have 10 accounts which I would like to follow 49 people EACH at 8am and would like to be done by 9am. However, without proxies, it would run one-by-one, which means that it's unlikely to finish within the hour for those 10 accounts.

Therefore, it would be advantageous to use a proxy. Now, I can multi-thread by running 2+ tasks simultaneously. I'll break my group of 10 accounts into 2 groups: 5 accounts without proxies and 5 accounts with proxies. Now, I can split my time in half for the following tasks because now I'll have two threads running at the same time.

How would you do that with InstaDominate and the scheduler? Here are the steps:

1) Create a .txt file with your 5 accounts without proxies
2) Under it, list the 5 accounts you'd like to use WITH proxies (each account using the same proxy)
For example:
username : password
username : password
username : password
username : password
username : password
username : password : proxy1
username : password : proxy1
username : password : proxy1
username : password : proxy1
username : password : proxy1

(take away the spacing of course, I just didn't want BHW's smileys to show up because of the "; p" being placed together)

3) Now load all of the accounts into InstaDominate's account module.
4) On the Scheduler, you'll now select your first follow task with your 5 accounts without proxies and set it up for 8am
5) Now, unselect the original 5 accounts and select the next 5 accounts with proxies and set it up for 8:01am
6) Both tasks will start at its designated time and will now complete by 9am

Of course that was a "simple" model of it. You can scale it as big as you need.

I hope that was more clear and useful SEO_Alchemy - let me know if it wasn't!

Thanks again for your great questions!

Nope I got it... that's actually pretty much what I wrote in my reply, except I was making the example with using a different proxy for each account.

I don't understand why you can follow 1000 outside the scheduler (unfollow too?) and not in the Scheduler, if you only run the Follow module? What's the difference... 1000 vs 49 - does the Scheduler use the API differently?

Can you please answer this? Post #91

I sent you an email as well with another bug/question, so you can just reply there.

Got it! Okay wonderful :)

Yes, the scheduler uses it differently, that's why there's a difference.

Okay - will be responding to your email. Let me know which email is you, as it's hard to tell based on BHW IDs and emails :P

Thanks!

The email (well I used the form on website) start by Hi, this is xxx from BHW but I did not even use the correct nickname.

It's from Jon :)

BTW I found the same red issue using the Comment module. For some reason Liking works well on 2-3 different instances, but not for Follow/Unfollow/Commenting.

Thanks!

Hey, I sent out an email about that - did you not receive it? Let me know and I'll hook you up after verification.

Thanks!

There's suppose to be some crazy storm brewing in the North East coast of the US early next week...so if anybody's up here with me - be safe!

If I happen to lose electricity - here's an upfront warning :) Should be a-okay though! Ha!

Dig in deep, and be lucky!

Hope to see you on the other side...:newspaper

@rockong... hey, it would be pretty awesome if when you load all account and proxies ie 50 accounts matched with 50 proxies, and you created a scheduled say follow task, the bot would automatically take that task and auto fire all the accounts with their respective proxies. So you schedule one task, and 50 threads start up for those 50 accounts. Is this possible?

Hey! If I'm understanding correctly, then yes you can do that. The only thing is that right now, each of those 50 similar tasks, even though it is using different proxies, would have to be set up at different times. Prob work even if it's just seconds apart.

But you want ALL 50 to start at one time right? Like you want the bot to understand and realize that EACH account has its OWN proxies so therefore, it should know to fire it all at once. Right?

Are proxies a must for this bot?

Nope, no need. As long as you stay within the hourly limits for each account for each specific task. Once your IP is flagged, then you'll prob need to start using proxies.

what are the hourly limits and also i take it we would need 1 proxy per the amount of people within that limit

also do you accept any other payment methods as i cannot use paypal

Hey thanks for asking! Hourly limits are as follows, per account:

Follow/Unfollow: 49 users (except on the main interface, we have a mass follow feature that allows up to 1000
Comment: 15 pics
Upload: 8 pics

You don't need proxies - just stay within the limits per account per hour and you'll be fine.

What forms can you pay? I believe we have a Payze account. PM me please.

Thank you!

Right rockong... I understand that it is possible to do this now. It's a great functionality. But say you are dealing with 50, or even 10 accounts, all with their own assigned proxies. It is a manual headache to schedule a follow or unfollow task for each one, every hour. Copy and paste functionality would be an asset for the scheduler, that way you could say schedule all your tasks for the hour, and then copy and paste them accross the whole day, week, month, etc. Or alternatively, since you have already integrated database functionality, I would think it would be a simple task to have the database "stagger" the tasks. So yes, if you set a task for 50 accounts, you could have the option to stagger all account by say 5 seconds, and then all accounts would fire 5 seconds apart with each respective proxy assigned to them. If either one of these functionalitys could be implemented, the possibilities and capabilities of this bot to work on a large scale, and for us users to upscale our campaigns would be incredible. At the moment it really is just too tedious to manually go in and schedule each task. If you have 10/100/1000 accounts to work with this could take hours. Thanks for listening, please let me know what you think about this possibility.

Hey again!

That would be some super duper Instagram marketing - I like it :)

How about this...can you write out the exact steps that you believe would be the most efficient to perform this? I'd like to see if we're on the same page and whether we can bounce ideas back and forth on this.

Thanks!
