Massege from Google (User-generated spam) Help me.

I have a Article Writing site (premium membership). Recently, some member posted Sports article, May be share article url in forum (not sure). So, now i got a message in my Webmaster Forum

(Google has detected user-generated spam on your site. Typically, this kind of spam is found on forum pages, guestbook pages, or in user profiles.

As a result, Google has applied a manual spam action to your site.
Recommended action

• Find out more about user-generated spam in our Help Center.
• Update your site so that it meets our Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
• Once your site is clean and secure, submit a reconsideration request.
  

If we determine your site is no longer in violation of our guidelines, we'll revoke the manual action.

After reading this message i remove all spots article. I and did reconsideration request. But did not receive any message from google. Am I safe now, or my site will be Penalize. ( My site is PR5 and 2 years old)

Please help me, what can i do now ?

You should have received notification once the reconsideration request was complete. If you have not received it you may want to contact Google again. You should also be testing to ensure your site is performing well in search.

My site is doing well, Have a good rank as before when google sent me this message. So i an not sure if my site is consider or till on review.
