Why people still using AMR, Wiki Bomber, Bookmarking Demon, etc (no offense) that just useful for one type of link building instead of multi-type tools like senuke, ud, gsa or magic submitter. It is the quality of link created by complete package tool is low than a single-linkbuilding tool?

While I use MS most of the time I find for certain tasks there are some other tools that can complete the task much more efficiently. I'm not so sure anyone would say it's about the quality of the link.
For example Magic Submitter is better than GSA for Web 2.0, but GSA is better than Magic Submitter for forum profiles. Magic Submitter is better at creating structured link tiers, whereas GSA is much better when it comes to a randomized more natural looking link profile... etc..

I dont think the price is the main factor. You have to invest more for other type of linkbuilding, you cant rank with amr alone. Thus cost you more. Maybe the quality is the main reason. Its better to own several seo tools instead of all-in-one tools for quality.
Can ms create a quality web 2.0, random themes and image uploader, etc? Or it better to use zennoposter, ill had trial with zp now, but i dont know if im gonna purchase this software, its good for quality, but it is waste of time to always update my template each time web2.0 site change their web structure..

Yes ms can build quality web2.0 with image uploader and other functions. But don't know about theme randomization. You can get the software in $4.95 trial to test the functions.

This is a serious problem that a lot of "All in One" SEO Software creators are getting away with. There is no reason why AMR should be better than SENuke's Article Module, especially for $147 a month.
There is still room for a Link Building Tool that "Does it all" Which means once you have this tool, You should not have to Go to AMR, Wiki Submitters, GSA Ect.. The one reason I understand this is maybe its a price thing, not everyone has the money to pay for a monthly sub for SENuke which is understandable. But I see a lot of posts where people are using SENuke already in addition to others, and I think if SENuke was such a good "All in One" Link building software why should they have to? For $147 a month shouldn't they have everything they need to run a solid link building campaign without going to other tools?
As a small example of this, there is NO Reason for SENuke not to have a good In-Built scraper, for scraping sites. People may say "Oh just use ScrapeBox" and While I agree ScrapeBox is awesome, It forces the buyer to learn yet another program, that is not necessary. You can cut out a lot of unnecessary steps buy adding a powerful scraper and that is just one example.
The market is still open for a competitor to come in and Give a real $147 dollar value. Take SENuke, MS, US and GSA and wrap that into one program and charge $140+ a month for it and you would be rich in no time. I don't want this to be cheap because no one could expect all that for a cheap price. But No "All In one" Link-Building tool does this right now and SENuke charges way to much for what it actually gives you.
When you purchase a "All in One" SEO tool you should only need to buy 3 More things in addition.
1.) Proxies (Private/Shared) - If you want a good Success Rate
2.) Captcha Services
3.) Content (Sometimes, For good quality)

They all have their roles to play. For me, it's also about having a backup in case one of them goes down.
Having said that, I like the way SENuke is going. They are adding multiple platforms and are crowdsourcing the script creation. With some control, that can be really, really efficient. In a few months, it can become a really good tool for all kinds of links. It will be a tad on the slower side because the scripts we create via SENuke still run through the browser, etc. but other than that, I really like their direction.
