@juantamad: Yes, we will grant a full refund within your first three days, no questions asked.

@rastan: We operate around 40 subnets right now and are adding more soon. When you signup, no matter how many IPs you order, you will be randomly assigned to those subnets. So if you order 100, it's fairly likely you will get 40 subnets.

@Reefer: Unfortunately we only have US proxies at the moment.

This service should NOT be on BHW

I was using these proxies with just GSA and nothing else.
I had only 2 projects running and today I was banned.
(That was also using 100 proxies)

Proxy51 has no place on a black hat forum, the hypocrisy of
selling on a black hat forum is amazing. Talk about the pot
calling the kettle black.

I don't think your rate of termination is rare because like the others posting here, you also banned me from using your private proxies without any warning. You should also include in your zero tolerance GSA because that was the only tool I used the proxies.

xRumer is our only zero tolerance restriction. A lot of our clients use scrapebox. That said, it's possible to use scrapebox intelligently and it's possible to use it way too abusively. If you are running a bunch of instances of scrapebox and trackback spamming, we are going to get abuse complaints sent to our datacenters. When we get those complaints, we're obligated to terminate the offending users (obviously there's some leeway here but we are pretty honest about it). But as I said, plenty of people are using scrapebox effectively. You just need to be smart about it.

We don't intend to appear too strict in terms of terminating clients. We do it relatively rarely. But when we get an abuse report, the smart thing to do is to respond to it honestly. This keeps our good relationships with datacenters so that we can grow, and terminating abusive users also helps with google's view of the IPs. It's the best thing for all our clients.

I'm interested but I want to see a firm policy on what is allowed and what is not.

especially in regard to GSA / Scrapebox / UD

not really wanting to waste my time if after 7 days you say sorry we changed our mind - I want to know the exact policy from the beginning.

thanks

i was going to check your proxies out, but looks like you are terminating people that are using GSA, so you should really be clear about your service. if you terminate accounts once you get a few complaints...

We terminate clients when we get abuse reports from their IP addresses. This is what allows us to keep good relationships with datacenters. Without those good relationships, we can't have all the IP addresses that we do.

Our only hard policy on disallowed programs is xRumer. I do not know what GSA is. I can tell you that the only abuse reports we ever get are from forum registration, trackback spamming, and comment spamming. We usually only terminate trackback spamming and comment spamming customers if their usage is really really heavy.

If you use a program that is going to do high volume forum registration, trackback spamming, or comment spamming, then it will probably result in abuse reports that we will terminate you for. Also, just to be clear, we always give a refund with terminations. We're not trying to screw anyone over. We are keeping good relationships with our datacenters. Contrary to what you may believe, most customers do not spam with the proxies. We want to keep the IPs clean for them too.

What is GSA exactly? If it's what's generating the abuse reports I will be happy to add it to a list.

@eng152: Did you open a support ticket for that? I can explain the issue to you but it's private and related to payment so I don't want to do it on a forum thread.

I request a refund for my order. Because I can't add a credit card for my paypal account at this moment. Please give me a refund.

Thanks
eng.

Please get your emails
I have sent 3 or 4 messages yesterday and didn't get any replies yet.

Thanks

@eng152: Not a problem. Please open a support ticket for this so I can locate your account (or PM me your username).

@elviswong: Yep, we received your tickets. I will reply in the next few minutes.

Ordered 50 for a test

request a refund .. won't work with Pinterest

thanks

Sorted
Thanks Chatmasta

If i need proxies for another project, i'll contact you.
Cheers

@Chatmasta -- how are your proxies with Twitter? (1) Can they access Twitter? (2) If so, do accounts created from them stay alive?

@Dany1111: Sure, sorry about that. Please open a support ticket about the refund.

@Indiigo007: Unfortunately we can't make guarantees for specific software or websites. This is mostly since we are adding new IPs all the time and websites are changing their rules all the time. But we do offer a 3 day money back guarantee. So my recommendation is just to try us out for three days, and if you aren't happy we will refund you fully.

@Indiigo: Cool, sounds good. Let me know of any problems.

@juantamad: Yeah, sorry about that. These are HTTP proxies, not SOCKS. Please submit a support ticket requesting the refund if you haven't done so already.

Only 3-5 Google pass proxies. Can you reassign another set.
