If you are using wordpress, there is a plugin called, Really simple Facebook Twitter share buttons and it also has a google +1 button. So you could turn off the other sites and just have the +1. If you have a regular coded website, you are going to have to add this to every page of your site, yourself. Depending on where you want to place the button on the page, you can just add it to your page template.
