I have a page that was at #2 for a long time. It got hit by penguin and is now below 200 for this one money kw. This page still ranks Ok for other kws so I think I overoptimized for that one main money kw and that's why it dropped so much.

Can this package overcome that? Use different anchor texts, the domain name as anchor text, or whatever to combat that overoptimized money kw as anchor text?
