How to screen capture a YT video?

I'm trying to grab some images off certain YT videos, but have hit a brick wall. When I do a screen capture via a FF addon, all you get is a black void where the video is supposed to be.

I could download the video and use Frapps on my pc, but it's a waste of bandwidth & hassle.

Any ideas?

Hit the button on the upper right of your keyboard that says Prt Scrn, the, open Paint and press Ctrl+V at the same time to paste it. I hope that helps

He is absolutely right. All you need to do is use Print Screen button to capture the image u want and then paste it in Paint using CTRL + V..

FastStone is the best. you can capture and edit and add more featured options. google it and i a msure you will find some free serial keys.it is video screen capture like camtasia but it is not that good like them.

I use IMgur plugin for FireFox to upload some fast screen shots directly to their servers without hosting it in my laptop and then upload them to imageshak or any image hosting services.

You could use an extension called Download Helper, RIP the video and take screenshots with any video player like Videolan.
