Does this domain will find any luck on Godaddy Auction

Hello All,
I have a domain adword . us , (domain age 2004)
i brought this for my adwords coupon business,

But now am planning to sell,
i dont know what price ill get, but for want to try out this on godaddy auction,

So just need you all guys reviews, do ill find any luck on godaddy,
and yes got 1 more domain whatcausescancers . com ( domain age 2009 )

I dont think so, we are not copying any thing, from big g, and its just adword not adwords,
but still even am confuse, let other masters to come forward,

It's not worth much because:

a) "adword." - if you use it to gain advantage from Google's trademark, i.e. to anything that's even remotely connected to Google Adwords, then it's copyright infringement and google can (and in many instances, will) file a claim against the domain and get it handed over to them.

b) ".us" - not a very valuable TLD.

If you get $30 for it you're lucky.

I say why not try the Auction once and see if you get lucky.

About a week or so ago one of our client was looking to book the .com version of this name, i.e. www.clientname.com. Interestingly, it was booked 20 days ago by someone and was now available at the auction with Godaddy. Since this guy was just starting out to build his personal brand online, he went ahead and shelled out $1200 during the auction to own the domain!

Unfortunately, GoDaddy sent an him an email soon after the auction stating that ICANN rules prohibit domain transfer within 60 days of registering the same. So even after spending 1200 bucks he is still waiting to have the domain transferred to him (GoDaddy says no refunds will be given )

The grammar is incorrect for this one. If you had whatcausescancer . com you'd have something worthwhile but whatcausescancers . com is worthless.

Bryanon is right. It's trademark infringement but they won't pursue you unless you develop it out and it starts getting traffic/turning a decent profit. It's a .us Google won't file UDRP for it, UDRPs cost $1.2K to file then throw on top $3K in attorney fees to write the complaint/handle it. It's not even on their radar of possible UDRP filings and never will be, unless you dump a bunch of money into it and build it out.

It's not even worth reg fees. I wouldn't renew it. Focus on something you can sleep well at night knowing is safe from being taken down the road.
