Avoiding Mass Tumblr Suspension?

A quick back story, feel free to skip further down:
I make adult tumblr blogs and put minimal ads on them, no worse than blogs I've seen around for years. I had my first batch of accounts for 3 months, and was up to $60+/day then they all got suspended at once. I was making separate emails for each of them via Yahoo.
I made a new batch just using the same gmail account (since different accounts didn't matter), this time they lasted 3 weeks and were back up to $30/day already before getting banned. Now I just made a bunch and they lasted SIX DAYS and all got suspended.

I've also had random suspensions here and there only losing ONE account at a time which is fine. They're usually the ones I try mobile redirects or something and get flagged for spam/advertising. I am not complaining about that.

Tumblr Support never emails me back, so I don't understand what I am doing wrong. I usually make a handful of blogs with NO ads at all, just to build followers. Those get wiped out with the rest of them all at once.

So my question is how can I run multiple blogs without worrying about them all getting taken down at once? I'm ok with losing one or two here and there, but the massive bans really kill my earnings. I shoot for 100 blogs then stop making new ones. I make each one unique and only post quality content, so they don't look like spam.

Just a thought .... do you have competitors that might be getting you killed off? Are other adult orientated sites also hit with yours?

I think what all our questions have in common is that we're trying to help you find a common "fingerprint" that is setting your Tumblrs off. I don't want you to reveal your niche or anything, but can you talk about how you "build up followers?" One thing I know Tumblr does is Like ghosting if your Liking is too rapid. Same w/reblogs. Again... don't reveal anything you don't want to, but try to give more info so can collectively document stuff Tumblr doesn't like.

It's possible that everyone with activity past a certain rate gets flagged. But an IP flag seems more likely, given that they are even banning blogs you haven't hammered, per your posts on the other thread.

Tumblr is so crazy with their vague terms of service and sleazy ethics. Posting a copyrighted NSFW picture is ok, embedding a copyrighted music video is ok, posting a copyrighted NSFW cinemagraph is ok, but embedding a copyrighted NSFW video is a no-go? Oh well.

Thanks for the reply. I've been trying to figure out the "fingerprint" as well. I sometimes use an auto liker/follower on my tumblrs, but I have a delay set to 1 seconds between each. That's about how fast I could do it manually.

I think what they were banning me for was auto-posting. I had a php script that would scrape images and post them to my blogs. They came from reddit so it had built in quality control. It would only post images with at least 20 upvotes. I don't have any specific niche other than amateur content, which there are already tons of similar pages.
Anyway, I started using a different method than the php script and my blogs have been fine so far (just over a week). That may not seem like very long, but I was getting mass-banned within 24 hours of using the php script. Before they shut down the v1 API, I had 100+ blogs that would auto-post with a similar php script and they lasted 3 months.

Good to know auto-posting seems to have been the culprit. Seems like rotating/using legit tags might be important there. I see a lot of lazy tagspam, blondes marked as brunettes, oh the horror!

Tumblr is known to suspend blogs that aim at keyword marketing. I had one optimized blog and they wiped out all of my other blogs for that. They even replied to me by email explaining why.
