How To Rank Any Website In Google - 2+ Hour Video Tutorial Series

Matthew, great videos. I watched them all. I have some comments and questions:

1) I've been using Magic Submitter. I know you say you're going to test it out. I hope you do soon and then you'll let us know how you think it compares to UD.

2) Your videos aren't that clear - do you have better resolution videos?

3) I got to know Kontent Machines and Linkwheel Bandits. I'm thinking of getting both, actually more of the former because LB is quite expensive and it doesn't seem to have a lot of users or a community that keeps great products going. Some questions:

a) Do you think Kontent Machines output is too spammy? I guess that's why you use it for tier 2s onwards. What settings do you use to make it as least spammy as possible? Some people have said it doesn't read well and I also saw the video they have and it didn't read that well. I'm going to get the trial to see how it goes

b) Does it do its own spinning or you have to link to an API? I'm going to get Spin Rewriter. I thought the most readable (least unique) spinning option is pretty readable.

c) I've tried to find info about Linkwheel Bandit and there really isn't much around the Net. I'm wondering how good a program it is.

Why would you use Linkwheel Bandit as opposed to just using UD since UD I believe builds Web 2.0s too. I'm assuming that LB, as it specializes in creating blogs, would be better. But I'm wondering exactly what makes it better and does it justify the really high monthly price?? If only I could find out more info on it!

Thanks,

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to watch them.

1) I'm going to do a dedicated magic submitter case study in the coming weeks with live results as I go
2) Watch them on YouTube in full 1080P
3) LWB is a fantastic automation tool - not that well known but very good and version 2 is due shortly
3a) Heres an example output http://pastebin.com/qfSEF1Gq - It all depends on the settings you use - I use TBS spinning with the best synonyms and 4 word replacements with paragraph mixing on tier 2, then the good dictionary with 5 synonyms and sentence mixing tier 3 and throw in some character spinning as well - never have a problem getting any of it indexed though.
3b) It has its own spinning yes but I use TBS API personally
3c) Download the free trial - you'll see how good it is!

With LWB I can tell it to build huge web 2.0 link pyramids (10 web 2.0s with 10 posts tier 1, each of those has 10 web 2.0s with 15 posts pointing to them, and each of those has 10 web 2.0s with 20 posts pointing at them) - takes about 5 minutes to setup then forget about it.

Just setup a campaign with the free trial and watch it run - you'll soon see why its good - prepare your content first though so you get the most out of the trial. Use Kontent Machine to generate articles where the title is the first line and the rest is the article body, include images/videos as well.

@Matthew
I just created my original article for my money site now I just need to create original content for my tier 1 accounts. I do have a question about SB.

Once you scrape your list are you running your list through any of SB addons? If so what are you using to determine what you should keep?

No I'm not - I do a huge scrape, import into Ultimate Demon and let that decide which it can/cant add.

I think (on a monthly basis) export all of the sites from UD, run a domain level index check and then use the mass deletion tool in UD to remove all deindexed sites - no point building links from sites that have been deindexed right :P

Great tutorial and thanks.

Ok, I'll fire away with my questions:

1 - This seems like it might harm a brand new site, even though it's spread out over 14 days and uses well spun content, random pics and embeds, etc. Having several hundreds of links to a brand new sites seems like it might be a bit risky. Do you use this on new sites?

2 - UD looked awesome until I realized in one of the videos what I had suspected - that it's made by the makers of bookmarking demon. I HATE bookmarking demon, bought it a while ago and never use it due to it taking way to much time, resources, capchas, having to prepare lists (unlike scrapebox which does it all on the fly), failed rates, etc.

So, do you find that UD is much smarter, faster and more efficient then BMD?

HI Cindy,

1) Yes I use it on new sites without a problem - as a general rule of thumb as long as you maintain the velocity you start with your usually good to go. In the first 14 days only 200-300 hundered links are built, in the next 14 days all the tiers are setup and then you build a new set of tier 1 links after that - so all in all your only building 200-300 links a month to the site.

2) Haha funny you should bring that point up - as a BMD owner I also hated it with a passion, I'm talking about the version that had the mainly black user interface (not like it is now) and had similiar frustrations to you. When they released UD they also moved BMD over to the new UD framework but with all other modules disabled which made the tool an awful lot better - if you still hav BMD update it and you'll see what I mean.

Yes UD is a lot better than the previous version of BMD (old stlye black UI) but update BMD and try the new UD framework for the bookmark module yourself.

bookmarked wil be watching later

Thanks :)

Man this is what i'm looking for, i'm kinda new and still wondering about link building and multi-tiered link building, feel so great to found this, thanks Matthew! But i still don't know what is link wheel anyway? maybe you can help me out :)

Hi,

Thanks for your kind words.

What I'm building here is a link pyramid as opposed to a link wheel - even though I use some software called Link Wheel Bandit, that actually builds link pyramids which you can see in the video 1 diagram.

Looks promising. Thanks for this great share.

Thanks let me know if you have any questions :)

I would also like to point out to everyone who has not paid particular attention to the way this material is presented on his website. His site is a masterful piece of Internet Marketing. The information and tutorials are top notch (quality could be higher..), and his site has affiliate links used in such a way that they earn him money, but at the same time help the readers, his use of social content locker is just right without forcing the viewers hand, it really is a well done IM site.

A great deal of thought and I daresay work went into this site, and from an IM standpoint, it should be required viewing for newbies.

Mathew, thanks, rep, and a tip of the old noggin warmer to you...

Thanks man :) When you say the quality could be higher what are you referring to? Do you mean the quality of the videos or the content/way I present them? These are the first tutorials I have ever created so I'm very grateful of any negative feedback to help me raise the bar.

I dont really agree that this is a masterful piece of internet marketing though.

There used to be some great SEO blogs out there a few years back providing really solid actionable advice based on peoples personal experience and testing. Over the past years they have all died out and now all we have is the same old generic advice post after post - very rarely do you find a post/video about SEO that offers any real meat and gets into the nitty gritty.

On top of that when browsing a lot of forums it was alarming to see the type of advice that other people give out. It resulted in repeated /facepalming and /headdesking - Everyone just seems to jump on the same bandwagon without trying things for themselves, a good example of this is blog networks are dead or my personal favourite at the moment - the guest posting bandwagon.

I also realised that with my 10+ years experience of the game, I wasn't really leveraging my knowledge & skill set properly. All I'm teaching others is what I do on a daily basis, so turning that into a video tutorial seemed logical.

So all of that combined led to the inspiration and creation of my blog and tutorials. I wanted to create a useful blog about SEO based on my own personal hands on experience and testing for others to learn from instead of just reading the generic advice dished out on most big SEO blogs.

Man you're doing a great job. Wish you did that 25% discount on KM a bit earlier since I signed up just 2-3 days before it. :D

Awww sorry man! I'm trying to work out some other exclusive deals with people but not everyone is so forthcoming and theres only a handful of pieces of software I'm willing to put my name against.

You could cancel your sub and take out a new one with the discount applied though?

Matthew, thanks for your response. I didn't know I could get better resolution at Youtube. Haha. I'm going to check out the videos there.

I've checked out Kontent Machine and I'm going to use it and see how it goes. Developer was very helpful and helped me with some issues. I think if if Kontent Machine does the content game well, it would be an awesome help. But of course, 1st tiers still should be of a higher quality and one can't help but spend on that.

I've gone through Linkwheel Bandit once. It looks pretty interesting. Definitely warrants a close look which I'll do this coming week with the trial offer. From what I see on the website and even the feedback area, it seems that the developer is not very responsive and various things have been promised that seems to not have taken place. I'm not sure.

Would you be able to get a discount for it? It's extremely expensive I would say!

Also, I heard it uses a lot of captchas and that's something I'm wary of. That was a complain by many. What do you think of that and is there a way around this? Are the captchas used mainly by the Web 2.0s or the Social bookmarking? Also, how many Web 2.0s are used by the program?

I read the linkwheel heals itself in that if a Web 2.0 is taken down, it will be replaced. If it's a really set and forget, that would be awesome. But if a web 2.0 is taken down say in your first tier and there are maybe only 3 in your first tier, even if you replace the one taken down with another one, will it replace the links from the 2nd tier going to the one in the 1st tier taken down?

Did you say you've been in IM for 10 years? How long have you been using this method? I'm assuming not for long since the programs (especially I think UD which I think is quite new - less than a year old?) aren't that long.

Thanks!

Oh god, I left my scrapebox to scrape target sites for UD using your merge lists and I managed to get 350k urls after filtering duplicates, cleaning porn sites etc... Matt, should I put all of them into UD for detection or what? It says its recommending to load in less than 10,000 urls at a time... I guess i'll break it up into 50k stacks and try that, if not then i'll go with 10k stacks. How did you load your list in?

Hi,

Actually the Kontent Machine team are working on a way to generate content that is both unique enough and of high enough quality to use on your money site - this will be a very interesting update but I will let them tell ya'll the details when they are ready to.

I have had good contact with the LWB developer and fast support over team viewer when needed. The software has certainly seen better days and the bookmark part doesn't work at the moment but all in all its a fantastic tool and there is nothing else on the market that comes close to achieving what it can do and how it does it.

Yes the healing will work as you described - once you've setup the campaign it takes care of all of that for you automatically.

Don't get IM confused with SEO they are very different things, SEO is just a very small part of the IM puzzle as a whole. I have an extensive background with both IM and SEO and this isn't really a 'method' as such. It is the application of my knowledge and theory that I have built over the years.

It really has nothing to do with the programs I use or how long they were available. I find a lot of people buy software and THEN build their strategy based around what the software can do. Where as I design/develop the strategy and then find ways of making that as efficient as possible with software.

If you watch video 1 for example you will see the theory/strategy discussed - video 3 onwards is just my own approach/process to the theory which I have made as efficient as possible end to end. Before Ultimate Demon was around I used to use a few pieces of software to achieve what UD does under one roof, I adopted UD as a tool to help me achieve my overall strategy based on the reduced costs and improved efficiency it offered over the approach I was using at the time.

Please when watching the videos don't focus on the 'how' focus on the 'why' and then develop the 'how' into a process you are personally comfortable with and works for you.

My link building process is continually evolving, at any one time I have a few wildly different approaches in play along with my main process which is continually refined based on the results of the other approaches I trial. So to say how long have I been using this approach is nearly impossible to say as its constantly changing/getting tweaked to reduce costs and increase output/results. Only the 'how' has changed - the 'why' is still the same if that makes sense.

Well I'm sure your ment to break them down but personally I just whack the whole list in. Once its complete I run the whole list again. And then I do another import with the 'if your site is in a sub directory' box ticked (or words to that effect), and then do a second run of that as well.

THEN export the entire list from UD, run an index check on the domains and remove any deindexed domains with the mass deletion tool - you should do this monthly.

Thanks for your response Matt.

Yes, it would be interesting if Kontent Machine is able to give even higher quality content that can be used on our money sites. I'm not sure if that's possible, but even high enough quality content to be used on our Tier 1s would be satisfying enough for me.

I'm keen to hear more of your thoughts on LWB. Exactly why do you think it's so unique and is the best at what it can do? The way I see it, it's the set and forget nature of it and the web 2.0s healing itself - that is what is so special about it. Would you say so? What else makes you such a big fan of it?

Also, could you touch on the captcha issues as I don't want to be using a program that would burn my captchas so quickly. Am I right to say that one captcha is used for each web 2.0 account created (I'm not sure if you need a captcha for posting, I don't think so). And so if you create say 100 web 2.0s for a linkwheel, you just use 100 captchas (which isn't a lot). If so, that's not too bad. Of course unless it gets to healing itself then more will be used. (I've emailed the developer but haven't heard back yet about some of my questions - the Kontent Machines developer has been great though)

I will go through your videos again (didn't fully the first time coz I didn't know how to improve the resolution!). Am I'm looking forward to you using Magic Submitter.

Thanks.

High quality post. Will forward this to some beginners I know.
Really awesome.

Some web2.0 to have captcha to post so also look at getting Captcha Sniper which will help cut the cost down a little.

im goin through your first video right now and i see a picture of SB in your lower videos. i own SB and AMR but am not efficient at using them. Im pretty excited to watch the other videos . great job man thanks.

btw How do you think your method works post penguin? i been hit hard by pengiun.

Watch the SB part and really watch because you will be able to scrape a huge list. I use to never be able to scrape shit until I watched his videos. I read many post, watched may YT videos with low success rate and then I watched his video. Than it clicked and I scraped well over 800k.

Stay tuned they are working on it ;)

Once you use LWB you will see why I'm a fan. It takes less than 5 minutes to setup and then its hands off entirely. Its like having a full time employee with 25 sets of hands working all day everyday creating web 2.0's

Captchas are just a cost of doing business and it really isn't something I care about at $1.39 per thousand. You could use Captcha Sniper if you wanted to but I believe most of the web 2.0 sites uses recaptcha which Captcha Sniper cannot crack - this also makes it a waste of time for anyone using SENUke as nearly all of the sites have Recaptcha protection.

Magic Submitter case study will be done across the next 2-4 weeks with monthly updates to progress like my income report.

this enought now in september

Not sure what you mean, but I've got 2 more videos coming THIS WEEK!

High quality post. Will forward this to some beginners I know.
Really awesome.

Thanks for passing it on to others, I'm relying on word of mouth to grow traffic to my blog. My seo blog isn't allowed to use seo to drive traffic as part of a wider experiment :P Turns out you can rank websites with no backlinks and I'm only 2 months in! Matt Cutts might not be talking out his arse after all!

Some web2.0 to have captcha to post so also look at getting Captcha Sniper which will help cut the cost down a little.

But most web 2.0s uses recaptcha which captcha sniper cannot figure out.

Penguin has nothing to do with link building methods/strategys/approaches/link types - it is purely about over optimisation which can be caused by any form/type/method/approach of link building.

If you habve been hit with penguin I suggest you start here http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ink-profile-fix-current-future-penalties.html before doing anything else so you can identify exactly what needs to happen to recover the site.

Watch the SB part and really watch because you will be able to scrape a huge list. I use to never be able to scrape shit until I watched his videos. I read many post, watched may YT videos with low success rate and then I watched his video. Than it clicked and I scraped well over 800k.

Keep on scraping baby!

Hi Friend.
Thanks for providing such kind of video-tutorial.

No worrys :)

There are 2 more videos due this week-

How to automate & manage guest posts
How to manage, check & monitor all of your backlinks

Btw Matt, can I have multiple projects running on schedule or is it one at a time for UD?

nice share man - will certainly share this with my IM noob buddies that need it. video tutorials are so much better than PDF for those who would rather visualize it

Rep Given for Great Effort which behind this share. I m watching your videos.

Hi Matthew,
Thank you for those great videos. Any chance of a Case study step by step with videos for a new domain name to rank it in 1st page please ?
Thanks

Matt, like what's the timeframe you'd do this in? like let's say tier 1 on week 1, tier 2 same week or week two, etc.
I've always had that doubt!
Thank you.
