You said that we need an US bank account to withdraw cash from an ATM. Does this mean that we first have to withdraw the cash to the virtual US bank account and then withdraw from the ATM, or could be done without withdrawing to the US bank account?

Also, possible to get an ATM card with not my name on? Would like it to be 100% non-traceable back to me.

Yes, you can get ATM card on any random name And in order to cash out, you need to withdraw it on your US account and then you can use your ATM for Withdrawal...
