I'd like to order Service #1. I've made some recent sales on my Ebay/Paypal and the Paypal has been limited due to unusual activity. All I need "created" for me through your service is ID proof, utility bill and bank account/credit card verification in order to lift my limit.
My PM doesn't work because I'm new to the blackhat/stealth accout business and just recently opened an account here - but I'm trying to build up some rep in order to be able to PM you. Thanks for your advice but EntroPay VCC gives error sometimes at PayPal.. Do it on your own risk.
