Possible Final Letter- Feel like quitting today ;(

I think you're just burned out and in need of a break. All work isn't good for you. Take a few days recharge your batteries and have a think. It's the best thing to do. If you still feel the same then call it quits but don't quit without having a good think about it.

There are also free options around CPA and free movie making software and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

You are on page 5 for your keywords? What's wrong with that? Keep going, you are obviously doing something right.

As if building websites and ranking them is the only thing you can do in IM. Continue trying to rank your site part time, and start looking into something easy to get into like CPA and Youtube. This forum is filled with information about that.

You might think other people succeed because they have better things and better ideas, but the reality is the only real difference between them and you is they didn't give up.

lack of result shouldn't make you quit,it should make you try harder. There are so many methods to make money online and there are a lot of ways to twist those methods.

People who are making 6 figures (pure profit) a month didn't get there in a month or two..Think about it..what do you think is the difference between you and them?

They have 1.Knowledge, 2.Determination, 3.Ambition, 4.Patience, 5.Initiative. And they want to make money so bad that they can't sleep at night, and when they sleep they dream about making money. What they have is persistence.
That's what we noobies lack. Persistence, knowledge and initiative. We have google at our disposal so knowledge shouldn't be an issue. The other 2 depend on you so you have no excuses.

But maybe you don't want it bad enough. Maybe you don't want to wake up whenever you feel like waking up, maybe you don't want to get an expensive vacation for 2 in Hawaii/Ibiza/Miami/etc. Maybe you don't want to go to an auto salon and buy a car just because you like it and not because that's the only one you can afford. Maybe you don't want to be successful bad enough. Why give up? Why end the struggle? It's all part of the game, those 6 months were just your welcome into this world of IM. The next 6 are going to be your training, the next 6 your practice, the next 6 your results. My 2 cents

Internet marketing is like a woman, you don't give up until she says yes. Internet marketing is a never ending learning curve...someone already mentioned hardwork and patience, let them be your best friend.

I remember when I started off, it took me 2 months to get my first client (It was for a designing project), I worked hard, believed on myself and finally I own big companies now.

So, moral of the story? Keep working hard, have patience and belief in yourself.

Time for a reality check in this thread. Too many damn negative "the world is ending" personalities here for my liking!

erniedawg: Get a grip, seriously. I'd slap you with a big stinky wet fish if we were in the same room right now!

Ignore 98% of the crap in this thread too. I haven't seen such a massive load of negative hog-wash in a long time. What a load of utter nonsense people are spouting about things being harder now than they used to. Rubbish, total rubbish. Things are *exactly* the same as they used to be. Some succeed, some are super-successful, a good few make some extra cash and most fail.

Some things in marketing are easier, some things are now impossible. It's a huge huge field. Just because a few guys were able to easily spam sites like myspace a few years ago doesn't mean things were any easier back then. There's so many easily spammable sites and opportunities now.

Do you know why you and others think IM is harder now?

Answer: Because you have access to old information about things that used to work and they seem like they were easy.

Reality: Back when those things did work that information wasn't easy to obtain and the only people who got the information were the ones who researched and tried stuff.

It's NO different now. In 2 years time I guarantee people will be saying "Oh, remember back in 2012.. Gawd it was so easy to make bank then".

There's still so many easy ways to make money. The word 'easy' can be misleading. They're easy once you know how, but they require work to find them. For instance, it's not easy to build a rocket that will reach orbit, but it is easy to do 99.9% of IM once you know how.

How do you learn? You just try stuff. Everyone who's successful on bhw has done something along these lines:

1) They look for other successful people on bhw and read their threads, taking notes.

2) They compile a list of different methods.

3) They then, in an organized fashion implement those methods.

4) They record the failures from that implementation, and yes, it will be mostly failures.

5) They tweak and re-implement.

6) They record the failures again maybe with 1 or 2 successes or signs of getting closer

7) Repeat these 2 steps 50x if necessary because EVERYTHING works and I mean *everything*. It's just a case of finding out how to make it work for you today.

While doing these steps you need the following qualities:

1) No expectations. This means you don't expect your next method to make you a fortune. You do expect that you'll succeed no matter what, but that's it. Nothing else.

2) A cold scientific persistence. No matter what happens you can't cry like a little god damn baby. :-) Get a grip erniedawg!! *slap*

That's it. That's a simplified recipe for success as it pertains to someone on blackhatworld looking to make money.

Cut the emotional bullsh*t basically. This is business. You won't hear any fortune 500 CEO's or successful business tycoons moaning or crying EVER and some of the things they have to deal with makes most people's problems look like nothing.

The bottom line is to be successful in business you have to be tough as f*ck. Excuse the language, but it does help to get the point across.

Employees and losers cry, moan and feel sorry for themselves.

Business men and women smash through every wall that appears in front of them like a massive bad-ass rhino.

Choose which you want to be, it's that simple.

*slaps* erniedawg again with a big stinky wet fish for good measure.

I'm at work in my 9-5. I havent really made a single dollar from my site. Ive tried numerous techniques. I've followed instructions. I've paid for services. I've become a backlink whore. Yet I'm failing. Yes I have one site but just one site is a TON of work. I put in the time on social sites. I have them all.... twitter, facebook, pinterest, watever you name it, i have created a small presence and linked back.

I'm frustrated once again. I think if I had jumped into IM a couple years back before the G swinged its giant arms I might have had a better chance. Today, I checked my site ranking to my keywords, and I'm on page 5 with 100 links to each page. So 4 hundred and change! I've paid for ads which worked some what until my coupons ran out. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing/Yahoo/MSN Ads. Tried them all. I'm out of ideas and I'm tired.

I'm calling it for the day, maybe I'll quit... I've been doing this for 6months now and I suck. The guys making money continue to make cash because they have bots, aps, better ideas...shit better everything. Dude, if i was an IM making thousands a month I would easily pay some programmers for watever tools i need to streamline the process. But my 9-5 only pays my rent and food.

Ive search for classes/courses and cant find anything really worth going to that isnt made up by the guy next door. I've attended several web seiminars that got me to this point but shit... its a lot harder than I ever expected and its just not working for me. I searched to be an apprentice of somone magnificent but the guys who are awesome at this dont have time or are too busy to even answer some newb questions. Besides, who would really hand out their cool techniques out for free?? Pshh, no one would. It probably took them years to refine and get to where they are.

I usually work through my lunch on my IM stuff. Thats how fuckin dedicated Ive been. Working all night and working on my days off. Today, I think I'm going to go outside and fucking stare at the successful people and just gauck.

One last thing, there are loads of good people on here. Some of you guys have given me some really cool free stuff. Free advice, free services, and free tools. You guys are awesome!! Thanks for everything.

I've been beaten by IM today maybe forever... blahhhhhhh. One less newb affiliate to worry about. Good luck to you guys. ;)

What doesnt kill you makes you stronger. If SEO isnt working out for you then its time to take out the leather gloves and put on your black hat. Time to go dark.

There are tons of ways to make money.

Take what lessons you have learned from this situation and use them to guide you when making your decisions for the next project.

Every IM'er experiences failure, how you deal with it is what makes you succeed... Or not!

Things are *exactly* the same as they used to be

I guess you dont know what you are talking about expecially to somebody who has no serious funds to invest.

@ernie

Like G-S-T and myself posted already forget right at the moment seo its not for you and go to the dark side where you can get instant traffic and money till you are ready for futher steps.

Yep this is it exactly. It's how business works and people don't seem to understand that. They look at successful people and think they just floated into success on some magic carpet.

You obviously didn't understand my post or read it all. I went on to explain how things are exactly the same but for some reason you're turning it into me saying that SEO is exactly the same rather than IM in general.

I'm talking about IM in general.

Show me one specific big niche which isnt getting harder during last years?Even Traffic from social sites is getting harder and harder because of all the security added.

I would just say this
never neveR nevER neVER nEVER NEVER NEVER NEVERRRRR GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude! Start small! Find keywords with 5k-10k in quotes competing results. Don't listen to these guys, AdSense sucks big ballz. Do CPA instead, start your keyword research by looking at CPA offers on Offer Vault.

Blah blah blah I have a massive ego, let's argue about who's right over useless shit, blah blah.

The sole intention of my post is to motivate ernie and anyone else in despair to hopefully set him back on a path that will lead to happiness and success. If you want to argue and be negative then do it somewhere else.

my advice

pick a single thing. only one. blogging will be the easiest for you IMO. pick a niche and start a niche blog. dont buy any software/service/links etc. dont log on BHW/any other IM forum for 6 months to avoid distractions which are unevitable, and believe are the reason for your failure. Write 5 SEO optimised articles on your blog everyday for 6 months. shouldn't take more than 2 hours. for linkbuilding, just stick to niche relevant guest posting and social links like bookmarks, FB etc and nothing else. monetise with adsense.

If by the end of 6 months if you still havent made money then i'll choke on a dong and you can jump off a cliff. cant get any simpler than that, specially for someone working a 9-5.

I wonder why nobody has mention it yet. But where you failed is relying on ONE WEBSITE. No matter what you do, some sites never kick off until months or years letter. Build atleast three website and concentrate on building different linking. I manually rank my keywords... Never give up on Life.....

I'd like to personally thank everyone for the advice, pep talks, knowledge, wisdom, and slaps from wet stinky fish. I'm just having a really bad day, broke, with no success. I went outside, got some fresh air, kicked a few rocks, gaucked at the wealthy people, and now I'm back at my desk. It's funny how easily it is to swindle people, lie, or cheat people out of money, and easy those ideas come to mind. I'm trying to do this IM stuff also so that its legal and safe with no bad karma chasing my ass. I just dont have the ideas because its not something Ive done before. A lot of people have said it already, I am still learning. But I have put in my time, countless hours of my free time and energy, day in and day out. I said I havent made a dime and it wasnt impressive enough to even list. A mere 172$ that I cannot replicate because it was from ad traffic. Ive been working hard at the free traffic, Ive encoutered numerous other obstacles which I've bypassed, but now Im at a wall.

Thanks again... I feel the love.. lol.
