You are exaggerating. First off, there is a difference between being "state-run" and "state-funded". Secondly, the BBC is state-funded and has covered some very extreme whistleblowing stories and conspiracy theories in its run. Furthermore, your saying that RT complains about U.S. gov't owned stations is so far without merit.

Give us some examples before you start accusing RT of being hypocrites.

Right.
Check it out tomorrow again for the view count: YT doesn't update it
immediately, rather it takes sometimes up to 24 hours for it to be updated properly.
The programmers seem to have decided to let a '301' or '302' counter value to be
displayed as a standard value whilst the respective clip hasn't yet been updated.

BTW: one can recognize that that is the case by comparing the discrepancy between the
displayed number of visitors and the respective number of 'likes' and 'dislikes'.
