1. Four new Professional campaigns still do no appear in the dashboard- order was placed 10 days ago on Sept 7/12

2. I still have not received the updated reports for my 4 previous Professional orders which I placed on Aug 23/12 (i.e. I paid for 4 X ?Professionals? but received 4 X ?Standard? packages)

Needless to say, I'm not too happy with your service as you have not followed through within the time frames which you yourself had committed to.

Please advise.
