We used the supreme package 4 on BB's site.
We dripped the links across a 6 day period, and the results are still improving. (previous unranked words now in top 50)
The competition was med-low for the keyword ranking from #5 to #1.

The other keyword was highly competitive by google keyword tool analysis.
