These sites using Adsense: Are They In Violation?

I've properly done the SEO on my website and I'm getting around 90% of my traffic from search engines. Yay. Therefore I've more than exceeded the qualifications for my FIRST adsense payout but I, like everybody else was their first time around (I mean google adsense!), am a little worried about whether or not they will release my funds once the month is over with. I've attached a few websites that I think MAY be in violation of adsense, because obviously, I may have made some of the same infractions. Not trying to give DP any shine here, but I read google's terms and they said that you cannot blend ads in content. How the hell? Then for the second example, they said no questionable adult content. I only included the girl's FACE, but on the website her nipples are blurred out. That isn't adult? If this stuff is flying, then wtf? Check the attachments below and tell me if you've been able to get away with such tactics. Does the little corner at the end of the DP ad keep them safe? I know nobody here works for adsense but what has been your experience?

your account can be locked with all earnings at any moment just because they "want" to. so be careful and dont put all your eggs in the same basket.

psytrance said it best. diversity, get with some new networks, rotate ads, etc. puts less risk on you in case something does happen. plan for the worse, hope for the best!

These words are very perfect, but who knows any network which can compete with Adsense? No one because that doesn't exist.

There are many, you must research though. Always diversify your blogs, and if you feel that Adsense is the end all, then you need to have a contingency plan which involves access to another account. And if your so serious and paranoid about not getting paid then you shouldn't be doing anything remotely close to violate T.O.S, you should have a "squeaky" clean site.
