I purchased my first site from Bill in late July. The keywords were good, and the site looked great. I quickly did some seo and it soon ranked In the top 5. Over the course of the next couple of months it started making around $1.5 a day. I let it be for a while until I decided I could rank it higher. I continued to do SEO until it was ranked #2. Since it has been ranked number 2, it has been averaging $4.5 a day with 2 $10 days. It is on track to make $100+ a month where I could end up flipping it for over $1000.

Thats my earning progress so far.

Can't wait to get my site that I ordered a few days ago. williamk is a real stand up guy and I'm very happy I went with this service out of the ones available. I asked for a non-branded specific niche and he delivered a report that same day, but after asking questions about its ranking potential he was completely honest and said it was a tough niche so he sent another report from his database, this was important to me because I'm not too experienced with seo.
