Citations never completed by boilingstocks and he threated my websites

I purchased a few citations from boilingstocks which he completed. I then sent him a group of 14 businesses to create 50 citations each. He told me they would be completed in a week, then he told me 2 weeks, than he told me some of the citation sites did not work, than he asked for more money per business (which I regretfully gave him). The whole process took about 3 week. He finally delivered me the citations for the 14 businesses last week. Due to the holiday weekend I was away and told he that I would check the work and pay him when I was back in the office. I came home to this lovely Skype message on Weds:

If i don't get paid within half an hour from now ! You are going to be in a big Trouble !

After reviewing the citations today only about half of the businesses have the correct citations. The other half are ones that he mixed up with the first ones in some cases and in other they are not for my business at all. Here are some examples:

So I contacted him about it. Told him that I would not pay him unless he checked every link. Again worte back more about f'ing myself and baout how he was going to fuck over my businesses/ clients.

So needless to say I will not be working with this provider ever again. Not only was he rude and ignorant. He threatened my sites, bashed my mother, and bitched about getting paid. All the while he had not fully completed his work.
I took the time to write this because I do not want anyone else to be burned by this immature individual. He is a bad business man and and even worse person for acting the way that he did.

$90 for all of those citations? You should've saw that coming in my opinion. I do citation building and local listing services if you need some help. As for the situation here, I hope it get worked out in a positive manner.

The $90 was for the second half of the payment. Yes, what I was willing to pay was low but I also have a very large volume and it was something he had to agreed too. It was really the low level of professionalism that pushed me over the edge.

some will work on time - some will try and rip you off [ scam you ]

I actually have hired many people from BHW and just about all of them I still use to this day. I just want to warn others so they do not deal with the same issues I had too.

Is making False Claims about too many things. He just told you guys how did i beat the shit out of his ass, but never told you why i did so and what made me did that.

1st False Claim -> He never ordered 14 citations , he ordered 13.
2nd False Claim -> I never told him that i'll complete the order within 1 week
3rd False Claim -> I Asked for a little higher pay BUT THIS guy didn't agree and we were dealing on the same rate we dealt previously.
4th -> Order never took 3 weeks to complete. It was delivered on time as promised.
5th -> I had sent a partial order that he asked me to because we were falling short of some sites he said do a few i'll send you new replaced sites and then you can do them. I did that, showed him, he was cool with it.
6th-> I never got a replaced website list from him, he then asked me to do the old ones only i said ok, gave him a TAT he said ok give it to me then. The order was delivered.
7th -> He woke up after three days and checked the order and now he tells me its not done correctly.
8th->when i had sent the order everything was working the way it should. i gave him all the email ids and everything. Now I doubt why he is using such cheap tricks to save 84.5$ that he still owes me because he had already paid 84.5$
9th-> Also this man Filed a dispute over the first half of the payment i.e. 84.5$ claiming that i didn't deliver him the service. He actually checked the first lot, said it was ok, asked me when am i going to deliver the other lot i gave him a tat....
10th->i have been trying to contact this guy for my payment since three days, yesterday i saw him online on skype, started messaging him, for hours i kept waiting but i didn't get any response, i was completely bugged, so i abused him, being completely unaware of the fact that he was not there infront of his PC, i did apologies to him for this mistake.
11th->and regarding the threats , yes they are completely true. If don't get paid for my work. I'll surely BANG his ASS. Because we are not doing free service here.

Really thought I was done with this A Hole, but I thought wrong. Unfortunatly PayPal denied my claim which the sometimes do if you are the buyer of virtual goods. After he had his little win he sent me another thretening email.

"You got this paypal denial because you filed a dispute on wrong grounds.

Any ideas on what to say to get paypal to refund my money for this provider who never provided the work even though I paid for it.
