so far a little review, I ordered 2 x 10k package for 2 different sites 2 days ago for 1 dutch site and 1 us targeted site. The dutch site allready receives a lot extra traffic (400/day) which is showing up in my stats, it is unique ip's and indeed Dutch isp providers so thats great.
The other (us) site not showing extra visitors yet , but I guess that may start soon.
