Sorry, I re-read my post and it sounded critical, when I meant it to be the opposite.

I definitely trust what you are doing; I am combining two services together. This, and Secret SEO. It is working very well on my website, and combined with my completely-white-hat methods (I mostly monitor extra advertising, Google CPC [come on Google, you don't want to piss-off your PAYING CLIENTS do you? ] and Social Media (VERY active/popular social media) and its combination is working quite well. Our search-engine traffic is through the roof.

Is it Secret SEO? Is it this? I think its probably largely a combination; from the description, I don't think this service inheriently improves specific rankings for keywords but instead focuses on building up the website as a whole. Which is what I want; I want the overall website to be strengthened. So I am happy I just wouldn't mind a screenshot or two is all so that I can access the quality. For instance, I'm not sure how many articles you're using or what articles you're using. If I knew, I would be willing to work with you and perhaps give you my own articles that are of extremely extremely high quality to improve it even further.

I'm going to be realistic as well mate... I doubt you can stop this site being slapped by future penalties, but I think you can HELP

Ok but you never mentioned where the visitors were coming from. Were they all from Google? Were they from keywords that lost rankings since the service started? Are you or have you run any other services recently? Have you made any changes to your site? Have any of your previous backlinks been deleted?

There are many causes to a loss in traffic and you haven't provided any evidence except that your visits have dropped. That doesn't mean shit unless you say why. You're better off stating that your search rankings have dropped by X for your main keywords. You also don't take into account that when you start backlinking a site that your site can jump around from a Google dance. This is especially true for new sites or sites that haven't had any and now is receiving them or have had a lot of backlinking done recently. A site dancing in search results can be positive or negative. Many times a site can bounce out of their current rankings for a period of time and bounce back in after Google has analyzed it at higher rankings. Have you never bought an SEO service before?

Making accusations without supporting evidence is not constructive to whether or not the service is effective. Post facts that are relevant. Your facts are not relevant. If you look at some of my posts you will see that I post screenshots of ranking changes for my keywords.

I understand what you say, but that doesn't say that I'm posting shit. I'm still posting facts. This whole service promise a rank shield of the entire site - not specific keywords. When you make an order, keywords are not mandatory. Therefore, I cannot provide specific keywords. All I can say is that my keywords, which gave 100 visitors a day, have now dropped as all my traffic came from Google organic.

Of course rankings bounce back in and if this happens, I will post this also. However, it is remarkable that ALL my keywords, which gave me traffic before, are gone. This means that ALL keywords are bouncing, which I find impossible.

My facts are perfect for this service, as you target entire sites (=visitors) and not specific keyword rankings.

With few days left till end of my first month I canceled my RankShield "Business" package subscription.

Probably my expectations were to high, but...
- I got only one meaningful email from Bart plus automated reports from SEOMoz and WooRank
- Like a dozen of my questions/issues are still unanswered, total ignorance
- I still haven't seen any of backlinks produced by Bart's team in ahrefs.com or by googling; I'm checking daily
- Last but not least: no positive improvements in SE traffic

So far I'm not seeing a noticeable change in rankings. It's been almost 2 months and like others have expressed I haven't received anything other than the first SEO report which I could care less about. My rankings are essentially unchanged.

Got to say OP communication is very poor, had initial report in July, then nothing, raised a ticket with a query had an answer 5 days later (27th August) saying would recieve report end of last week or early this week....nothing since. Also bit concerned about all the neg comments above mine in his thread and no response from OP.
Also cannot see any baclinks, maybe I am not looking in the right place. Was not expecting quick results from this but unless communication / feedback improves will bin this service soon.

Yeah, combination of this and other services, especially as quality as Secret SEO is "Da Bomb"

Well its been 1 month only - no White Hat SEO will work in 1 month.
I have answered numerous times to you but our communication was bit complicated I think.
I think what you need is more powerfull and "Black Hat" service that will provide both reports and fast results.

Sorry for not responding over the weekend - I took off as I was hospitalized. Nothing permanent, just got some virus infection...

As in any SEO there will be always ups and downs and as per our OP we are focusing on maintaining ranks or slowly improve it. I think this is what happened here exactly.

I am sorry all for not responding to PMs/Thread over weekend time - I had to go to the hospital because of my ear infection. I have issues everytime when windy cold fall is starting to hitting the streets.

Also, I never received the partial reports for the "super secret backlinks" you have made in the background. When is this going to come through?

You say you are building roughly 10-25 backlinks a day but I haven't seen any evidence of these. In particular, I haven't seen any evidence of the press release, daily bookmarking or drip feed social signals. When are these going to begin?

Not that happy with your service at the moment. You promised so much and yet don't seem to be delivering. I've allowed my 2x subscriptions to tick over into their 2nd months as a sign of good faith but you really need to pull your finger out. Otherwise, I'll be contacting paypal.

Really the same here. I really like EW and his stuff and it is true that he is well knowlegded, but I assume he has overloaded himself a bit and has build a work construct which is out of control at the moment. It is just a feeling and now offense - I recognized this on myself and another provider one time and signs like this are like keeping the waves calm until he gets flow back on track. I really really dont want to throw with shit around me - I am not the type of guy, and I never ever would call out scam or anything like that. But no matter how deep i dig I cant find signs of his work. In times like this where results take much longer to flow in, it would be a warm and fluffy feeling to see this bonus report.
Bart, please don't take it personal and you just have to hit me up - I will be happy to help you to work things out and support you with sending out reports or whatever if it is, as I feel it COULD be at the moment.

Me too. Haven't had anything since the on-site reports. I have also (regrettably?) cancelled my third month's subs as I can't afford to chuck the money around. I think I've got a few new links (I won't go in to detail as I don't want to give away any of Bart's tactics) but the bottom line is, I've not as yet had any extra traffic or SERP boost. This may of course happen over the course of time and if it does start working for me, I'll probably be begging Bart to let me back in(!), but as things stand I'm going to dip out and keep an eye on things from the sidelines.
