You do not need to pay taxes!

You know you can be double tax if you are american citizen, living in another country. You pay the american tax and you might pay the other country tax. A few countries have a agreement with the us, where that country would not tax the american citizen. The american citizen would just get the american tax. I

I forgot what this is called but this is messed up.

I don't know of any country where people don't pay taxes. DO YOU
Monaco, Seychelles, Cayman Islands and Anguilla have no income taxes.

The best way to avoid paying income tax is to use a battery of sophisticated but legal techniques to circumvent it. Such as corporations and loopholes. Rich people do it all the time. Heck, that's why they're rich!

I did not watch the video but I can tell you that income tax (along with other taxes) are indeed illegal. Over 60Millions Americans (united states) do not pay taxes. Now the problem is that even though you have no real obligation to pay there will be some thugs/gangs busting in your door. They are known as the government.

It still amazes me that people want to get one someone for wanting to be free.

If you're on a mission to prove that taxes are illegal and you are not required to pay them, and if you're willing to accept any and all consequences that come with it - its your life, do what you gotta do! :D

Your future will consist of the IRS Collection Division, Notices of Levy, Federal Tax Liens, Courts, IRS Attornies, hearings, court dates, penalties, fines, tax sales, which you will pay your attorney from presumably from all that money that wasn't taxed? But hey, you were right. :rolleyes:

Or, legally use the tax code to your advantage to not pay taxes, and avoid all the aggravation. Also, remember that all the tax protester types have something to sell, they make money from the sale and you get to be the chump who sets out to prove their theories in real life.

Not really a difficult choice, but some still have trouble with it. :question:

The vast majority of Americans that are arrested for income tax violations are for filing FALSE reports not for failing to file. It is true that the 16th Amendment, which establishes the federal income tax, was not properly approved as required by the United States Constitution and was fraudulently ratified. The Constitution requires ratification of amendments by at least 3/4 of the states and this was never done. In 1936, at the time of the proposed Amendment there were 48 states in existence, therefore the vote would need to be carried by at least 36 States to have been properly and legally passed.

Of the 48 states, here's the breakdown:

? Eight states (Rhode Island, Utah, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Florida, Virginia and Pennsylvania) did not approve or ratify the amendment.
? Texas and Louisiana were forbidden by their own state constitutions to empower the federal government to tax.
? Vermont and Massachusetts rejected the amendment with a recorded vote count, and only later declared it passed without a recorded vote after the amendment was declared ratified by the Secretary of State.
? Tennessee, Ohio, Mississippi, California and Washington violated their state constitutions in their ratification procedures.
? Minnesota did not send any copy of its resolution to the Secretary of State, let alone a signed and sealed one, as required.
? And Oklahoma, Georgia and Illinois made unacceptable changes in wording. (Some of the above states also made such changes, in addition to their other unacceptable procedures.)

The math is quite easy to do: 48 total states, subtract 21 that failed to properly ratify, and you are left with proper ratification by only 27 states -- far less than the required 36.

So for anyone that suggests the above is not true then you are totally ignorant of American history and should not speak without first properly researching your facts.

Now with all said, we live in a country were many times the government doesn't necessarily care what may and may not be the law and just as Nevarc points out you can probably expect a visit if you choose to exercise your rights by not filing.

Directly standing up to the IRS is very risky and akin to the Chinese students facing off with the tanks in Tiananmen Square.

A better bet is to use a combination of privacy and structuring to make yourself hard to find, protect your assets and not appear on their radar. Doing things that won't end up being reported to them, working in mostly cash or contracting through an entity that will take the reporting off your back is much more safe.

Besides, as I said earlier, it's just a matter of time before the system is changed to something easier to administer and doesn't raise nearly the ire that the current one does.

You can babble all you want about income taxes and how they're illegal and shit until you're blue in the face. The bottom line is that if you do not pay your taxes, bad things will happen. You may get away with it for a few years but you'll get caught eventually. They all do.

i dont believe that everyone would just let an amendment that was never ratified be allowed for so long.

What the fuck are you talking about? You need 3/4 of the states to ratify an amendment and in 1914 there were 48 states. 3/4 of 48 is 36; 36+ states ratified the XVI Amendment:

Alabama, August 10, 1909; Kentucky, February 8,
1910; South Carolina, February 19, 1910; Illinois, March 1, 1910;
Mississippi, March 7, 1910; Oklahoma, March 10, 1910; Maryland, April 8,
1910; Georgia, August 3, 1910; Texas, August 16, 1910; Ohio, January 19,
1911; Idaho, January 20, 1911; Oregon, January 23, 1911; Washington,
January 26, 1911; Montana, January 27, 1911; Indiana, January 30, 1911;
California, January 31, 1911; Nevada, January 31, 1911; South Dakota,
February 1, 1911; Nebraska, February 9, 1911; North Carolina, February
11, 1911; Colorado, February 15, 1911; North Dakota, February 17, 1911;
Michigan, February 23, 1911; Iowa, February 24, 1911; Kansas, March 2,
1911; Missouri, March 16, 1911; Maine, March 31, 1911; Tennessee, April

at the session begun January 9, 1911); Wisconsin, May 16, 1911; New

try watching zeitgeist then. there is going to be a NWO. the one world government really soon. you already have the european union, THE NORTH AMERICAN UNION, soon there is going to be an asian union, and later on they all will merge into one great piece of shit called the one world union. then we're all fucked.

also download the movie called "NETWORK" it was made in 1976. It's all about how TV is being used to massively brainwash people. one of the best movies i have ever seen (note: it's not a documentary [so that you would consider watching it])

@mack:
i believe that law was not ratified by a sufficient number of states, but it was still put up on there (hoping no one will notice) and no one noticed. hooray!
Seriously, lay off the Alex Jones stuff okay? There's too many people spreading this nut jobs conspiracies. You should go hang out in the woods at Bohemian Grove to learn the big NWO plans lol.

this was a cool video to watch i must say, but sadly were not going to do nothing but get in trouble if we dont pay taxes

i dont believe that everyone would just let an amendment that was never ratified be allowed for so long.

hahaha :D do you know how much profit the government gets from this unratified amendment? why would they want to remove it?

anyway, as i can see most of you reply that my post is BS, it's up to you, i don't care. I'm a LT citizen living in NL, i couldn't care less for the states and their laws. YOU Americans are the ones that should care about them.

As i understand most of you were bullied at school, got your money taken away from you and never did shit (just a thought), well the American government is the biggest bully you can get. And if everybody would be so ignorant and brainwashed and did nothing about anything, there would be no future for the human race. Fuck, there is no future.

bladibladibla you get the point.

--- Does that mean I'm free of the 3 grand that I owe? Praise diamonddave(God)!

--->>Does slamming Americans who disargee with you make your point valid? Most Americans kids get bullied? By who??? Other AMERICAN kids. Sorry dude, but without some taxes(less) our country would break down and be crap.
