I've not tried Finnish, but I have got some good translations from fiverr in other languages. If you've had bad luck, then get quality English articles written and translate using:

onehourtranslation. com

I cannot recommend BHW backlink services as I've never used them. One thing you could do is analyze your competitor's backlink profile using for example Majestic SEO or ahrefs and use those links or similar.
