(Help) How do I split adsense revenue for JV?

Hi folks, I planned to offer adsense joint venture or JV Subforum, but I need help about adsense revenue share for investor.

In the past, I successfully built similar blog and earn up to $790 (adsense) and $200 (other advertising). But urgently sold it on Flippa and use the money for other purpose (other than blogging).

Then I build another blog (with the same niche) and aim to be a famous blog in its niche.
Now this blog currently earns $150 on average in the last 6 months and stuck at $200 on top revenue.

I'm stuck with backlink strategy that eat lots of spending, I even can't pay hosting which due on next few days (VPS that costs me $500 annually). My next month adsense revenue definitely unable to cover up the server expense.
Now, I dont even have a computer to keep writing on my blog (Going to Internet cafe or use the old desktop PCs of my brother instead).

Without many portfolio and experience, how do I make the share revenue plan with investors?

In case someone invests $2k for this JV, how do I split my monthly revenue for 12 months? My target is to reach $1k per month again.

Instead of selling it on Flippa again , I would rather find an investor and increase my current revenue.

I've searched the whole JV threads about adsense, but mostly adsense account and website owner JVs, couldn't find similar JV as I do.

Any helps and suggestions really appreciated.

As far as AdSense goes, they don't have any kind of payment plan that'll allow you to split your profits between payment plans.

In most Joint Ventures that don't involve product launches, whoever initiates the JV is responsible for paying their partner. JVs are risky in nature. As far as I know though, that's the only way you can do it.

I can say that my adsense revenue generates stable income because most of my post are not trending post, but long term post which mean people will keep visiting it for the next few years.

I'm thinking about $1.5k investment will have 30% share revenue of monthly adsense payment.

So, with target improvement $150 each two months, here is the break down of revenue share.
30% of $200 = $60
30% of $200 = $60
30% of $350 = $105
30% of $350 = $105
30% of $500 = $150
30% of $500 = $150
30% of $650 = $195
30% of $650 = $195
30% of $800 = $240
30% of $800 = $240
30% of $950 = $285
30% of $950 = $285

Is it sound like a solid and reliable plan?

Why do you need $2000 up front, surely, somebody who will pay the bills every month till the site can sustain itself, is all you need.

Why not just give the investor 50% of whatever Adsense pays you each month? I don't see what the issue is.

You can sell it on flippa, and invest the money into a bigger niche. Or look for offline investor to invest in your business. Nobody will hand such money to you without having trust.Why do you think you are being suspicious?
