n00b Question about Selling on Flippa...

I have a few sites I want to sell on Flippa. Problem is, as far as I am aware, the domain names can't be transferred until they are 60 days old, after they are created (at least that's what the rules on Hostmnstr and Nmechep tell me).

So is my only choice to sit on these sites for 60 days until I can transfer the domain names? How do all these sellers sell sites they just created in the past month or less?

Any advice? Or instructions? Or help? Thanks!

You've misunderstood the 60-day rule a bit.

This rule applies to transfers between different registrars, so for instance, you can't transfer your domain from NameCheap to GoDaddy or vice versa within the 60 days.

You can, however, transfer the domain at any time between different accounts with the same registrar, and it's standard practice that the buyer of a site opens an account with the domain registrar who the domain is currently with.

Yes and typically moving a domain from one Registrar to another is called a transfer. Moving a domain from one account to another account on the same Registrar is often called a push. You can push domains anytime within the same Registrar from one account holder to another.
