What is BANNED status in BHW ?

Today i have seen a person account. his profile status shows BANNED. so tell me mats What is BANNED status in BHW ?

BANNED = The moderators find out that behind that users is Matt Cutts and they automatically send him on another way..the way out.

The banned status is given to those that dishonor the rules of the community or dishonor fellow members of the community. There are temporary as well as permanent bans tailored to users depending on the type of violation.
