EASY $664 In One Day! Newbie Friendly.

As many people know, there is a lot of money that comes from selling websites. The only problem is, not everyone knows how to build a site and sell it... so what if you don't have to build it?

A site on flippa called VirtualFitnessClub.com sold for $800 3 days ago. If you want to check it out, you can see it here. Upon looking at his profile he's done this many times, and actually sells a few of these per day.

If you go to WhatWpThemeIsThat.com, you'll notice that the site is a PLR Blog that anyone can buy from Plrblogs.com.

So really all this guy had to do, was buy the PLR Blog, get an aged PR domain, and then throw it on flippa.

Estimated Total costs for this project:

Aged Domain: $20
Plr blog: $17
Flippa listing fee: $29
Flippa success fee: $40 (5%)
PayPal Fees: $30

Total Expenses = $136

Total Profit = $800 - $136= $664

All of this can probably be done in a couple hours, or much less once you've done it a few times...

(BTW...this is a case study I originally found on warrior forum)

"Content is claimed to be unique" and it has 110 unique articles.

One more thing, This guy made $48k across 380 transactions averaging $126 per sale. This is definitely not the best business model considering the overheads in domain / listing fees and customizing website header then success fees and the time to install the website and write sales page and posting the listing let alone the time/cost need to re-list the website in case it doesn't sell on the first time.

Like I said on the post, I pulled this from warriorforum. But anyway, if you're getting paid via paypal, they take a small percentage out from the money your receive.

Question for you... What is your honest assessment of this process? I've never flipped a site so I do not have this experience. An interesting endeavor for money.

You'd think so, right? I would just really analyze his sales page and past sales and compare him to others that are doing the same thing.

Godaddy has some good expired domains. Also there's a program out there called Domainpeeker that's great for finding high PR domains.

So would I try this out? Maybe, but I'd definitely make changes to keep it straightforward and honest. Would I do as well? Maybe not as well. But people out there are willing to buy sites at high price, so it could work.

Also, Us experienced internet marketers might think it's a rip off to the buyer, but we'd probably also think pretty much all business models are rip offs if we all knew how much it originally cost the seller; eg. car repairs, plumbing, dental work (I shadowed oral surgeons so I know for a fact they can pull all 4 of your wisdom teeth in 10-15 minutes depending on the situation...and for $1000+? That's good money! )
