I don't want to piss on your parade but the ones that still have functioning bots aren't giving them away for free. Very few are selling bots if any at all. You can buy views from http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/buy-sell-services/440127-omfg-fast-cheap-youtube-views-make-your-video-viral.html. I have purchased from him 3 times and every time he over delivers. If this isn't what you are looking for then my apologies.
 
Just a 2nd to that skittles is awesome! - i have used him several times and now rank first page on some high ranking YT keywords. But you should either incorporate some other services that flesh out the "quality" of the views...or email skittles and ask him if he has more robust options.
 
I Don't think YouTube bots are good.. To get more views on YT you can use interesting videos which can hold the attention of viewers. I guess that's the simple way to go.

Youtube views bots aren't over. The people that have them aren't selling them very readily. I'm not going to point out sources or anything, but I was able to get a YT view bot from a BHW member 2 days that delivers about 40k views a day from proxies and from different YT accounts. All views have stuck. Just because you can't readily find what you're looking for doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
