is vagex still working?

I like how you pretend to be just a member of Vagex (worst name ever btw). I have written Vagex support 3 times - The first time I got a 2 word answer "they can t" and that's verbatim of what they responded, and it took them 3 days to respond. The next time I wrote them I checked the ticket status after 4 days and ... they closed it. Pretty important question/issue too. Now, I wrote them a 3rd time, and it's been 2 days, I'll give an update on their professional and caring response.

I get a horrible ratio after 300 views - seems like you get 300 views for about 460 points and then after that it gets like 1 view to 30 points. My videos have not got any subscribers, likes or comments and I don't know why. Should I even try to write their support?

I feel uncomfortable doing a subscription with them, they are not very customer friendly. I mean "they can t" was a response to a question I had. I own a site and I would never dream of writing that to any of my customers. I always remind them that I'm so grateful and fortunate to have them.

Anyways, I heard "***********" is good. Does anyone have any good sites for youtube views, likes and subscribes? It's easy money on the side for fiverr type sites.

They simply closed the tickets as if they're completed even though they have done nothing. And I'm having a problem accessing the forums (which is what my tickets have asked help with) so I can't even get help there and have to come to BHW to get Vagex support... ridiculous. And I am (soon to be "was") a paid member there too. Vagex seems to not care about members at all at this point. If you're getting free views, I guess it's worth free (sort of), but not worth paying for, that's for sure. Vagex went from a pretty good service to crap in a couple months. Sad.

Yeah, I stopped my paid membership too, screw them. It's been almost 14 days and non of my 3 tickets have been responded to. I can't believe they just closed yours too, ha, this company has to be the worst customer service on the planet. I just don't understand it, I run an electronic cigarette company, and having great customer service is what makes my company so successful with the repeat buyers. I hope this forum hits the top of google when people ask: Is Vagex Good? or: Should I use Vagex? Cause the answer is: NO. It's horrible.

i tested 3000 views it gives me lesse then 1000 and likes vagex says 116 and i have only 40

Yeah, Vagex, working or not gets the award for all-time-wtf-name for a service.

It's like they picked up a domain originally intended for selling a douche or any other feminine hygiene product...and said, "Fuggit...let's go with it!"

Hey, is it still not working? Did it freeze you at 301? I thought I finally found a solution to getting plays on YT Vevo channels, then I read your post. Would appreciate any insight, and also any tips on Vevo to anyone out there.

If you use it on new vids it will get stuck on 301. But once you get past it (using other ways), vagex will increase views again
