is vagex still working?

I find Vagex works pretty well. The ratio can get screwed up sometimes but I am generally happy with the amount of likes & subs you get. I average out at around 1000 credits to 250 views, and considering that a 60 second view is 2 credits that's actually around 2:1 view ratio. I would agree that their customer service & admin don't seem to give a **** about their members, I spend a lot of money on their credits and membership every month and have never been happy with a response to a ticket from them. Its best to ask a mod in the forums who seem to care a hell of a lot more.

If you could pass on to the admin that they are killing their own business with a lack of customer service that would be great.

Incidentally "ShareYoutubeVideos" is a good alternative system and has a 700% view to credit ratio at the moment.

I got 450 views, 9 comments, 1 sub, and 24 likes in the last 4 days. It slowed down some after that.

I would agree with you. I see less than you in the ratio but even at 1000 credits = 250 views is pretty piss poor. I still run the program and utilize the free credits but I just can't justify a subscription anymore.

Vagex, to me, is just so utterly unreliable. They go through phases like this all the time. For a while, it will work beautifully and then there will be months and months on end where it sucks. Finally, one of the devs gets up bug up their ass and gets to work and fixes the issues...then it works again. For a while.

One of the most telling things to me is all of the security/bot issues they've had. When BHW members have alerted them to the security problems and offered (free) solutions to keep the program working - they've completely ignored them and allowed the pirates to overtake the program. Just do a quick check of the threads here in the YT section and you'll find countless alerts of this kind.

It's just a shame to see it go to shit like this.

Maybe I'm just spoiled. I remember the good ol' days of Viewet (when spk was running it) when you could count on a 1:1 ratio and knew that it was money well spent. I know things are tougher now as YT gets wise to these programs and updates their algo every month...maybe every few weeks. I know it's tough to keep up. But, y'know...at least TRY. ;)

Understandable but when you take into account he actual cost of the credits you get with your subscription you're looking at around $1.2 per 1,000 views with the ratio I'm getting, which I find to be very reasonable. Everything else you say I agree with 100% and it's such a shame to see it decline like this. I've used Vagex for a long time now and would hate to see it commit suicide.

Aegroeg, your a mod over there. Please pass these concerns on to the admin as I know you care about this stuff.

This much is true. The prices are reasonable but I just couldn't justify $30 per month with the slow drip of views I was receiving when other, similarly priced, services offered a better return. I'll be back if the reports come in that the ratio picks up.

Also, as a free member, I'm not bitching (well, I guess I kinda am - but I've dropped a lot of money on them over the course of a few years, so I feel justified to make these complaints). If I'm not paying for it well, then, these are all free views and even if the ratio was 10:1 - all I had to do was run the program to get them...I have no reason to really shout about anything. It's better than nothing.

If you don't presently have a budget for YT views and are looking for a free provider, I would certainly recommend that you use them as part of your arsenal. It DOES work. So, bear that in mind when reading this thread. My complaints stem from my paid membership. Again, if you're a free user - there's no need to sulk. But don't anticipate that it's going to surge your views from 0 to 100,000 any time quick. It's a good program to use for what I call "maintenance views"; something to just keep your vids getting a steady stream of occasional views and at the top of the YT search results. It shows activity on your channel and that's a good thing.

Speaking of the program though...can this thing be any more of a resource hog? lol. This was another reason for my using it less and less. I have several machines running various bots including these free viewers. Vagex was/is the one always crowding these machines. It doesn't crash nearly as often as u2bviews, however. But I can't remember when the last update happened for Vagex.

It doesnt deliver the correct amount of views. Once it reaches 301 the ratio becomes extremely terrible 50:1

But it works well for likes and favourites and sometimes the comments work

Not working perfectly for me
now shifted to other exchange sites

I'm sorry...but WHAT? 9000 views a day? You can verify this? Or is this just what Vagex is TELLING you that you received?

Sorry that was the way I worded it. And also 5000 - 16000 is what the homepage says I'm getting recently. I actually get about 1000-6000 a day according to Youtube. But Ive provided a screenshot as useless as it is after Ive realised my stats have changed a lot since last week. lol I suppose you'll just have to take my word for it when I say I have consistently had the same amount of videos and a steady flow of credits, but some days viewer updates and less users viewing means it will fluctuate a lot:

vvv.png

( check out 1.8.12 in particular )

I, like most of the others in this thread, see just a minor trickle of views per day regardless of how many credit I set to my videos. And, yes, all of my videos are set for the full length of the video (in most cases 120 seconds and above).

I buy and earn a lot of credits so I will probably get more on average than some members. But I agree completely that the ratio has suffered and it is not what it used to be. I input a substantial amount more credits than I used to have to. There are less people running the viewers and more people buying the credits so this doesnt help matters.

So, unless you can provide some sort of verification on this claim, I'm gonna have to call bullshit.

Sometimes I word things wrong and I always put my hand up and can honestly say I should have said " Vagex says I have gotten XXX amount of views on this occasion but only XXX on another occasion " instead of typing that I actually "received " those views. My error, my apologies. I'm not trying to bull shit any one. Its not my style. I was just trying to say that the lesser views could be because of updates and using my fluctuating stats as proof. I didnt mean to make a false claim.
You seem to be pretty friendly with the staff over there so, why not have them join us in this thread to answer some support questions? I would venture to say that a big chunk of their client base are probably BHW members. I don't see a lot of support happening in their "support forums" and they are terrible with email response.

I will bring this up.

Personally, I've all but abandoned them. I cancelled my subscription about a month ago (I was a "Guru" member). The results are just not what they (or you) claim them to be.

I don't really feel they claim anything, I dont think Ive ever seen " We can give you *** views in *** time, etc " . Its just advertised as a view enhancer program. It states in the FAQ that the ratio is not and never will be 1:1. However I do agree that the viewer delivers what would be considered " impressions " more than views. This has been brought up to the staff and would help in promotion and to help Newbies understand a little more about it. And Im biased, I love the program.

I dont want to sit here and defend this program because its your choice not to use it, I respect that, and I'm sure you have been doing this a lot longer than me and know the score! Its your choice and I wish you luck in finding something that works for you. ( genuinely, thats not a snide comment ) For now, Ive just found this service to be the safest, and fastest as I lost youtube accounts to another service and like to stay true to what works for me personally.

That's strange, this is the most bad things I have heard about them. Granted I'm not saying they are the best route if your looking for a lot of traffic, but they are free. If you have it running properly on your computer, you can get a decent amount of views on your videos. You have to set it up properly in the site though, for instance I always had the video over 200+ credits and I got one video to 300 and past the "freeze" within a day or two. I haven't used them long term but initially they bumped the first 5 videos up over 1k views with little effort for me at least.

vagex is really really slow right now.not really working well.

nah never mind I don't like to promote any site

Just wanted to say thanks for the detailed reply, Aegroeg. Well said.

Hopefully support will get back to you soon. But I think its more likely this is something you can bring up on the forums. Maybe you can read the forums to see if anyone else has reported anything similar.

No, it's been about 6 days and no response from them. It was a question about switching packages, and about refunding. It was also legit questions that are not on their FAQ nor was found on the forum, either way, I feel what that guy said is right "They don't care about their members". Heck, The last time I wrote their support, I asked 3 question, and their response 4 days later was "they can t", and that was answering one of my 3 questions...ha, it's just, like really?

The ratio I'm getting is horrible, I'm sure your 9k views are what Vagex (I hate typing and saying that name ha) says but not what youtube says. In 4 days my video has 301 views on youtube, but according to Va*** it did over 1500+. I have the viewer set at 60 seconds and my video is 1min 26sec I believe and I have it uploaded twice. Should I upload it more? Just a heads up, when and if people search the company name up, posts of the bad service are popping up :( just saying.

No problem! Im glad I came off well in your opinion, I didnt want to seem like an aggressive fangirl. Thank you.

Im sorry to hear that. If you like you can PM me regarding your support questions? I'll be honest if I dont know the answer and reply as soon as I can. Hopefully I wont be in bed by the time you see this post!

No I agree. The last thing happy Vagex customers want is to see a program they hope to grow get a bad rap on the internet. And this forum is a good source for information.

I think technical problems with the viewer have been an issue as of late. People are having a .NET Framework error and system memory usage errors. But the programmers are hopefully bringing out a new chrome viewer.

In the mean time you can earn credits by submitting Youtube videos, Facebook, Twitter and Amazon links. They take a while to get verified but its easy credits!

Regarding the 301 views, Youtube will still have your video frozen and it is up to them how many views it may take to unfreeze it. It could be 100 more views it could be 5000 more views. But Vagex is sending your video view impressions that is meaning your video is well on its way to being unfrozen.

Can you give me your user ID and email via PM and I will pass on your details.

Hi Aegroeg, I still have heard nothing back from Vagex support about my lack of forum access. Last week I sent another ticket (in addition to the one already open - but not resolved for over a month) and heard nothing either... until today when they simply "closed" both tickets with no explanation, resolution or even comment.

I'm a paying Vagex member and can't even access the forums or get a support ticket response (in over a month!). I liked the Vagex system, but it's really gone into the toilet in the past month in my opinion. Any help before I cancel my subscription would be welcome.

Oh and about the 301 hold, I had videos resume past the hold, but the ratio is still horrid. Not quite the 50:1 that some are saying, but really really bad. Again, it used to be a great service (and might be again in the future), but if they can't even be bothered to help a PAYING member get on THEIR forums, that's just ridiculous.

HAHA - They closed a ticket of mine too with out a response or anything. WORD OF MOUTH, DO NOT USE VAGEX.COM

Or maybe this will work ha:

Keywords: Vagex sucks, vagex horrible customer support, vagex reviews, vegex review,

Vagex is still working for me. I have been using them for some of my promotional videos and with a VPS you can get 2k easily. I use the 1k from the daily bonus too. The best method would be to invest in a 10$ VPS and then let it get views all the time. I have personally used it with 2 VPS and you can have 5k views a day without refferals. Also you might want to use enhanceviews and u2bviews right now as they are the best in my opinion.

Any good alternative to vages that delivry the views fast ?
