Firstly I would like to say this is the first time that I have ever purchased a micro niche site from BHW.

I was very fortunate to get a discounted review copy.
This is the by far the biggest micro niche site offer at BHW. Header Logo wiki blog commenting social bookmarking and articles. If I had ordered it separately it would be at least 150$.

Here is my Review.

OP gave me 3 keywords to choose from and i must say all three key great keyword I have chosen a exact match .com domain with 2900 exact local searches 1$+ click rate.

He has also given me logo and header psd and added a Favicon also which is awesome.

All 3 articles were written according to my niche. And presented nicely.

Over all I am very satisfy with the result site looks professional.

I will give this thread 10/10.

My review:

Ok, I have to say that I'm probably a bit pickier than most when it comes to what domains I'll target, so I didn't take the first few keywords that were suggested. I'm sure they were perfectly good and I actually looked at some of the competition, all of them were indeed very low competition. (some were even 5-8k+ exacts with CPCs up to $6)

I decided to use one that is in the general medical field with 2400 exact local searches and $1.24 CPC. I also liked this keyword combo because when I checked spyfu, there seemed to consistently be pretty amount of advertisers targeting that phrase.

After about 48 hours after I registered the domain SYKing has me check it for the theme and graphics layout. Overall I liked it but asked for a minor change to the background image which he changed promptly. They even included a favicon - a nice touch. The next day I noticed that the site was indexed and actually ranked #33 for the keyword on a page that was literally just the domain with a 'check post' article. (Tells how low that competition is, right?) SYKing then installed the adsense code and as of this morning was completed except for the backlinks.

I have to really praise SYKing for his customer service. Although I didn't try to be difficult with my keyword selection, I'm pretty sure I was pickier than most. He understood and fed me other choices.

I rate everything the following:

Keyword selection: 10/10
- All the keywords were good and low competition, I just don't like to use certain types of keywords.

Graphics: 10/10
- This is especially true since most don't offer anything more than a theme that may or may not be somewhat in the genre. This was obviously custom graphics.

Article Quality 9.5/10:
- Ok, if I'm going to be 100% honest here (and if I'm giving a review, I should be), there are a few words here and there don't completely read as a native American - but I would say that they are very good for someone that isn't native. I honestly don't know where SYKing is from, but based on the time he's online, I'm pretty sure he's not 'on this side of the pond'. I'm still not sure if I'm going to edit the pages or not - bit if I do, it will be for what I call 'happy/glad' changes (minor phrase changes, like changing happy to glad) or adding a word or two here and there.

Oh... ALL 3 pages pass Copyscape of course.

Communications: 10/10
- Without a doubt, very responsive and great to work with!

SEO: 10/10
- checked with Easy WP SEO. Keyword density of just over 2%, where I like to be and bolded / H1 keywords too.

Backlink quality:
- this will have to wait for a couple of weeks before I give a report on this. I'm going to hold off on adding more links just to see where this shakes out on what was already provided. I'm just going to add a couple more articles and report back in 2 weeks.

Overall grade: 10.5/10!
- if you're thinking of buying a Micro Niche Site, I would start here. You just get so much more from this service. You can feel safer with this MNS because it is clearly custom designed and if Google looks at it, they will see that. Of course, over time you should more related content - at least that's what I'll be doing.

The level of service provided by SYKing is excellent, he got straight to work on my site and had a choice of EMDs over to me within a few hours of my order.

I was kept up to date with work (good communication like this is what I appreciate from a SP).

The quality of the site is fantastic, MNS do range a lot in price but the sites OP offers are well worth the $99. they are up there with the best.

As stated by many, communication with SYKing is excellent. He answered all

my questions before I placed my order and continued to do so afterward. He

is very easy to work with and is available almost all the time.

He gave me a keyword that has 2,400 exact searches/month with CPC of $2. I'm very happy with that. As for the site design, it's clean with a custom logo and header. The 3 articles are well written and to the point. My backlink campaign will start in 2 days so I'm looking forward to that.

Syking gave me 3 keywords to choose from all were 2000+ EMD but I didn?t like any of them so he gave me 2 more which was very nice so I chosen one , Keyword have 3100 Exact local Searches and 1.50$ CPC

After that I gave him the details of my wordpress site, Syking built beautiful custom site and posted 3 very well written articles and I just loved the HEADER and LOGO, He also used logo on favicon.

He took 5 days to ready my site which is very fast for microniche sites.
My site is ranked #24 place at google with out any back links.

I am very happy and satisfy with his services.

I will give this service 10.5/10 (0.5 extra for favicon)

Review:

After seeing the great samples I had to give this a try. This is the only MNS service I've used so far that offers multiple keywords upfront and lets you choose one that you want. Besides offering to do a custom logo + header that most services won't do, I thought this was a great bonus.

Keyword: I was given 3 keywords and I ended up picking one that is 10k exact (local), 27k (global) with a CPC of $1 -> According to MS. The competition is really low for the amount of searches, I see no issues with top 5 with minimal back links, and none of the top 10 are optimized for the keyword.

Website: The site was just finished yesterday and the results are beyond impressive. The site is beautifully designed. The colors are pleasing to the eyes, and the header/logo makes the whole thing look really professionally done. Ads are placed well and the content is well written (with images) and SEO optimized.

Backlinks: Currently the site is waiting for google to index the content and then backlinks will be started. So no comment on this for now.

Overall: I would highly recommend this service to anyone that wants awesome service, choices of keywords, and a custom designed look and feel site for your MNS. Just take a look at a few samples to compare with other MNS services. This one is by far the best.

Received my backlink reports today, they are very comprehensive, to be honest though even without backlinks the site was worth the price.

I have bought one additional service for this site and already my main keyword is #3, I have several other keywords at #2-#5 and traffic is rolling in -40 Uniques today already, and it's a buying keyword

I really can't recommend this service enough, the only reason I'm not ordering another 5 sites is because I just had my adsense banned so I need to familiarise myself with CPA first

ok here is my review of the basic 1 site package, this is my first review so it may not be the best

I bought a site from this thread and is my biggest earner, my biggest regret is going halfway on the package. I was in between other micro niche sites on BHW which have gone nowhere but slapped by penguin, i'd sell the biggest one which was huge and built by a well known guru on here, now he blogs about what to never do to survive Gs updates (all the things he did on my site) but unfortunately it's my root directory in current hosting. Anways, back to SyKing...my EMD was pretty competitive, volume wise anyways and has 6600 exact monthly searches, CPC of over $5 and the emd keyword is currently at #4 in Google, so with a 5 page/article site (top notch writing on difficult subject to write on btw) I have a total of 8 keywords on page 1 of Google and a dozen more on page 2. Lots of lof crazy longtails I see traffic from i'm ranked #1 on. Oh my goodness I wish I would have done the 10 article package but this was just an in between project because it was affordable but is my primary baby now! I learn about new search engines everyday when looking at analytics. 95% is all google but ill get a dozen or so visits a day (excluding Bing & Yahoo traffic) from places like Rockmelt, Search-Engine, Aol (no idea they were still around) Ask and several others I'm number one on and never heard of or thought of as search engine. He is the man, seriously, it took about 4 days for my primary to hit page 1 which we all know happens but it stayed with the updated it bounced between 6 to 10 never hit 11, the last update confirmed this as an authority site and steady as a rock at slot 4 below Wikipedia and 2 Medical Journals, note that there dozens of medical journals below me though as well and am hoping to break into top 3. Only SEO done outside of his initial are some edus that don't even show as well as a couple link pushes which did not seem to do anything either. It seems to have all been onsite throughout all the updates the onsite seemed to match what Big G was looking for. Oh one more funny thing is I was looking at my backlink report today and trying to figure how or when I got some naked links where I was being used as a source for a question/answer type website because I hadn't bought any links, then I realized these were real and I was really being cited as the authority site on topic, that was pretty cool for a "Mico Niche Site"!!
