Not to be rude but please try the search function for the forum. There has to be 100 posts or more on how to use SB and the bhw discount link.

it's still useful. just be careful about how you use it. you could drop a nuke on your site if you just blast your money site. I tend to filter for low OBL and High PR. You can also get value out of scraping other platforms to use with other tools.

one suggestion i might add is don't put too much on finding "do-follow blogs". you want to have both do-follow and no-follow more important is the PR, OBL, and being in a similar niche to your sites.

do-follow is overrated now a days IMO.
