Of all the things we have prepared for in the launch of our service, we never thought a fellow software maker would attack us like this. In a quest to provide BHW with the cheapest and most reliable Captcha Service, we have unfortunately made some enemies.
We are working with a DDoS specialist right now (been working since the initial attack) to develop a system in which this won't happen again.
If I had to OVER estimate an ETA, I would say 72 hours. If all goes well, we will be looking at 48 hours. (This is assuming our new system is in place, and the attacks are not able to bypass our security.)
For our volume users: We are currently working on a temporary system to get our service back running. If you are a volume user and need access to our system sooner than 48-72 hours, please send an email to [email protected] . As soon as we get a temporary system set up, you will be notified.

Due to the nature of our service (Many users from many IP's accessing us at once), a custom solution had to be developed on top of standard DDoS protection.
The FINAL touches are being put in place right now (Specifically, a Load Balancer), and we are looking at < 30 hours to go live!
We thank all of our users(and potential users!) for their patience and understanding.
AS A "Thank You" to all of our supporters over these past few days, we will be giving ANYONE with a PAID Balance (Non-Review/Free) a 10% Bonus in their balance! (As soon as we are live.)

We are now resuming service! This MAY be a temporary resumption, dependent on future DDoS activity, but if all goes well it will be permanent.
Our new security structure is setup and already mitigating DDoS attempts.
I look forward to working with you all again, and I truly appreciate all of the kind words and support during this unexpected down time.

Tried testing it to GSA SER. when I tested to log in on GSA, it says error: logging was not successful

Okay, just bought the smallest package for a test.
Had a problem with the integration from GSA when I tried logging in to ShaniBPO. HealeyV3 was very accommodating and excellent in helping me. We've done teamviewer so he can fix the error.
As for the captcha solve, every time CS failed to solve captcha ShaniBPO solves it immediately. so far I am seeing great result from this service.
I just hope the previous attack would not happen again coz this is truly an awesome service! Will definitely be using this for a long time.

In our new DDoS Protected system a few methods have been changed which needs to be modified in Software as well.
We have figured out a tweak method so that you can still use ShaniBpo.com in GSA. Please note its just a temporary solution, as GSA Developers have been informed about the issue and an update from their end is expected tomorrow which will fix the issue.
Temporary Solution:
1: Use ShaniBpo.com as CAPTCHA Solver in GSA and your correct login info
2: Open the hosts file by going to
Click <Start>
click<run>
Type: %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\ (in run window) and press Enter or click OK
You will see a folder which houses your hosts file
Open the hosts file in Text Editor like "Notepad"
Ping poster.shanibpo.com to get the latest ip for shanibpo.com
Add following line at the end of hosts
Latest_IP_TO_Poster.ShaniBpo.com post.shanibpo.com

4: Save the file and close
Your GSA is fully operative with ShaniBpo.com
Remember to remove hosts file entry after GSA has updated it.
