You're good to go, themidiman!
If you are using all 15 slots for keywords, I wouldn't add the main keyword more than 2 times (once as the first-main keyword and one more time). Also I would suggest that sometimes you just enter it once, to make sure you don't leave a footprint.
In the keywords field, also include some random anchors such as read more or click here, as that is what proper anchor text is all about.
I'd go for 3-4 times at the most. Play around with the numbers, don't use a fixed amount as that doesn't look very natural to Google.

That subscription includes 5 separate link pushes - you need to make 5 submissions.
Is it recommended that I choose different keywords for each submission? Or can each submission be identical?

With each link push you can use up to 15 keywords to make sure things look natural in Google's eyes. I would also include a couple of random anchor tests (read more, click here, etc) and naked URLs as that is what natural looks like.
How come my last 4 LPs that I setup are not showing when I click "veiw submits"? The 8 that I have done early in the month are showing up (but for some reason still show processing even after a few weeks), but the last 4 I submitted today are not. I know they were setup since when I try to add more I get the limit error for the month. It said it would show up in a few minutes but it's been a few hours now. Any ideas?

Just want to post about the customer service. Its really impressive. I've not used the service in a while and had a question about my old reports. Was on my todo list so I sent it afterhours friday evening before I forgot. Was not expecting a reply over the weekend. Woke this morning to find Greg had emailed back.

BTB, I had submitted a push during my last 1 month cycle and I guess it was queued and not started until the new month cycle, so it appears there under "view submits" now. Does this mean I lost that one push from last month?

If it was added in the previous cycle, it will still go through when scheduled. I started those link pushes for you, they should start pretty soon.

That depends on the rest of your linking campaign. You are safe with more than one LP per URL as long as you make sure to vary your anchor texts a lot.
