Here is my honestreview of highprsociety.com's Article Link Building Solution.

I wanted to post a review of highprsociety.com as it is a widely used solution that went 'underground' a few months ago (if you have a brain between your ears you can easily get in, but don't PM me asking how, figure it out yourself). It is offered by a great reputable company.

Basically the way High PR Society works is you purchase credits and use the credits to purchase Homepage Links, Contextual Links, Article Distribution on their network or comments.

I submitted 76 articles to the solution using 100% unique content (not spun) and posted to PR 2+ blogs. This costs 6 credits for each article submission which comes to about $0.025.

Positives:

• The management system is awesome and very simple to use if you are using spun content. If you are bulk uploading unique, unspun content it is time consuming.
• They don't provide you a URL report
  • People can't report their network to Google
  • People can't steal your niche kwds and site concepts
  • Since they don't give people the URLs of the blogs, people can't put the network in harms way by spamming junk links to their post
  • They offer a drip feed option
• They provide a report showing the article title, Site PR it was posted to, Published date and Creation date
• Cheaper than any network out there! $0.025 to post an article on a PR 2+ Blog, you can't beat that!

Negatives

• They don't provide you a URL report so you don't know if the content has actually been posted. This is offered by a very respectable company though so there should be no doubt that the articles are posted as stated.
• They only post 20 articles a day for each project
• None of my articles were posted to PR5 and higher sites. I asked them about this and here was their response 'The current network has some PR5, but nothing above that. We are rolling out a new blog network service that will have higher quality PR, along with a lot more sites ' For a blog network called High PR Society I would expect that they would focus on 'High PR' blogs not medium PR blogs.

I can't comment on the quality of these blogs cause I can't locate even one of them which is something rare for me to say.

For a company that claims to have one of the best backlink indexing services online I would expect all these pages to be indexed, however when I checked all the articles in Google and Copyscape none of them can be found after 12 days of being posted.

Instead of flooding this thread with comments saying 'You need to wait longer to see results' I want to add that all my other link building efforts I generally see results within 48-72 hours (more on how I do this in a different thread at a later date).

I saw a small bump in the SERPs for both clients which I can directly attribute to this network. I did not test out any of their other link building solutions within HighPRSociety so you will want to check them out for yourself. Overall I recommend that you use this network if you can produce lots of content cheaply as $0.025 to post an article on a PR 2+ Blog, you can't beat that! I do recommend that the company looks into getting these posts indexed as this is a serious issue obviously. I look forward to their expansion in the near future and will post another review when that occurs.

Given the fiasco that was their original launch on BHW, I would not trust HPRS ever again. I've used them before but never again. The footprint issues that led to their eventual de-indexing were pretty evident.

If anyone is considering a blog network, then private (not publically advertised) ones are the way to go. If you have a budget then create your own.

Did you ever review revseo.com aakon7? I am interested in purchasing into their network after seeing their graphs on how quickly they ranked some of their "clients"

I have delayed my review of revseo.com cause I have been getting some very odd results but it is next in que.

OP: Could you use ahrefs/majestic to locate the blogs the articles were published to and run a PR and IP scan?

Hey guys -

As you may have noticed, we've relaunched High PR Society. It's been over 6 months since we closed it to new registrations, so I want to explain what's happened with the site and networks in general.

We've made some major changes and improvements to the overall system, so come take a look!

First, let's go over what's different:

• The focus is on overall network health. No nickle and diming for extra PR on your links. All of your links will average out to be on awesome sites and we want to eliminate price confusion.
• We added global network statistics so you can see at a glance where links are going. These numbers should be relatively stable and reflect the current network.
• We added an OBL counter for your links. This is the most important metric because it's the slice of link juice love you get for a given link. Most sites and services will be over 50 OBL with many over 100.
• We've removed sites that no longer had value and added a new batch ~800 sites. We now have just under 2000 sites on the network.
• We determine a site has value based upon the indexing status at Google, Bing, and/or Majestic, backlink counts, age, PR, DMOZ listing, OBL, etc. We compute the site value using a weighting formula we devised internally, and if a site is no longer strong, we'll remove it from rotation.
• We've streamlined home page, contextual, and article links to be a single flat fee. (Any existing links are grandfathered in at whatever PR and price you had)
• We've isolated the network into 9 different mini-networks for security.

As always, in the interest of full disclosure, some things you may or may not like:

• We have several templates for the site designs. They are ugly and may not pass a manual review. This isn't important as we learned from the earlier Google attacks, so it's not a big focus of us. We don't have an HTML footprint on the primary templates and randomize the HTML tags, privacy policy page, etc.
• We don't allow crawlers other than Googlebot. Your links won't show up in Majestic, ahrefs, etc.
• We've learned that a blog's indexing at Google isn't important for passing link juice (and thus improving your ranking). Therefore a deindexed site may stay in the network if the other strength indicators are there (PR being an important one). We have a detailed case study on this shared from another big network owner if you're interested in learning more - just shoot an email.

We closed registration at High PR Society because we wanted to do the right thing with our customers. It would have been easy for us to ride this into the ground like some other networks, but we didn't. In fact, we spent over $100,000 on replacement domains in the span of a couple of months!

Our goal is to always give you the best tools possible to help you rank your sites. We're in the trenches with you, cursing at algorithm changes, struggling to understand why a site is dropping, or what caused one to bump up.

Thanks for using High PR Society in the past, and shoot an email if you have any questions. A lot has changed in the industry (Penguin, Panda, EMD penalties, disavow tools, etc) and we can give you our take on things having seen thousands of examples.

I noticed they had relaunched the solution a few weeks ago so I retested them out. Results? 40 articles submitted and NONE of them are indexed. I used a token when submitting them and Google found 0 results. Still complete crap ...
