hi guys iam asking this question to know what methods you use to pay the advertisement charges ? becuase am from india and i have a debit card of an international bank and there is a money in it but when i tried to run an ad on facebook i got this message (

The authorization for this card was declined. Please verify that all card information you've provided is accurate, and try again.


If you continue to experience these problems, you will have to contact your bank or card issuer to find out why the authorization was declined.) what could be wrong? all my information are correct. plus after few minutes later i got a message saying im being charged with 58.14 rupees for overseas purchase whaaaaaat i didnt even make any purchase has these things happened to you guys? please help if you have faced this issue before.

For indian's there are so many obstacles when it comes to internet marketing.
We can't use our debit cards.Its hard to get a credit card.
We cant use d-card in Gaypal.it only accepts a fucking credit card.
Somehow If we have a credit card still we can't accept payments from indian buyers.
Still doing this much to us gaypal thinks thats not enough for us So they will limit our accounts.

But don't disappoint buddy there are solutions for every problem..........................................:cool:
 
If you're from india then I suggest you to sign up to entropay.com and then attatch the debit card. As the funds from the debit card has to be added because each time securecode services issue new VCC. So you have to connecct to entropay system, get the account funded (2$ charge) and then use the entropay card details for online shopping. Worked for me this year.

Another option, get FD of atleast 30k INR in ICICI bank or AXIS bank, that way you can get secure credit card which you can use online. Paypal system do bug indians even on that but, anyway.

thank you synfig for the useful information now if i sign up to entropay as you suggested will i be able to advertise on facebook? or other ad platforms ?

you right santhu india does really suck but there is nothing we can do to change anything
 
OP as suggested by other user, use entropay prepaid credit card. I used that last year for FB PPC for a game app. Don't know if it still works the same way or not.

Also is your card master card or visa secure code enabled. We need to do this in order to use our cards for international transaction (like entropay in your example).
 
Many Indian banks allow you to create virtual credit card from your debit card account. Don't go for any external services and spend any extra bucks as commission or transaction charges. First check if your bank offers Virtual card.

use entropay.com to make virtual CC of your debit card ;)

hi santhu thanks for bringing this up i just talked to barbara durand the manager of entropay she told me to create an account right now and then send her the username so that she can issue me a vcc that will help me advertise on google facebook and other platforms without any obstacles wouldnt she warned me about this facebook will eventually disabling my account when they find out that i used vcc? of course she would ,,may be she is preparing a special vcc that other users arent using yet ahah just my wish ,anyway am gonna email her now and find out what she knows about entropay customers facing ordeals with facebook..

i have read on some forum that hdfc bank netsafe card will work with most payment networks like paypal for verifying account and can also use with Fb.One of my friend told that it is bank issued card so you will get no problem.this information is genuine and works 100%.
